ARTWORK! My dad needed some new windows and glass sliding doors for the family room and dining room. My folks had done an addition to the house in the late 1970’s and without question it was time for the windows & doors to be replaced. We wanted to get some Pella Windows, and per Pella’s website, JP Lindstrom was a certified contractor for their product. From the start, communication was great with Jeff. Jeff arrived at my dad’s home with a Pella representative and measured the windows and doors. I received the bid and we went ahead with the project. Due to the holiday season, we waited until the first of the year to start work and work they did. I live in Sacramento, but my dad lives in San Mateo, and from the get go, I was getting daily reports of how great they were, how they took their time, and made sure everything was perfect. My dad could not say enough about them. I went home this past weekend 1÷28÷12 and upon entering the house, I could immediately see to the family room and was OPENED JAWED at the look and the work in which they had completed the job. THESE GUYS ARE ARTISTS. Truly, I was just STUNNED at the beauty and workmanship. The window frames were beautifully done as well as the installation being flawless. The finished product looked as if they had always been there. All I could do was stand and look, say «WOW, HOLY COW», «WOW, HOLY COW, I AM JUST AMAZED». Still am. Without hesitation I would recommend JP LINDSTROM and his crew for any work needed done on your home. I without question will use them again when the time comes.

I hired them again last year to remodel my kitchen. They did a wonderful job. The whole thing, from tear down to finish took 8 weeks. I did all my prelim work, like pre ordering my appliances, gramite, sink, fixtures, etc so all would go smoothly and everything was on site, so there was no waiting for information. I now have a beautiful custom kitchen. I have been cooking in it for now a year, and everyday I tell my self how lucky I am to cook in such a wonderful kitchen!

I called this business on referral from my Realtor to do a small remodel on our kitchen in order to put it up for sale. I thoroughly explained to the receptionist what we were interested in doing and was assured that Jeff did that sort of job. I left a call back number to set up an appt. w/​Jeff Lindstrom the owner of the business. After a week and a half nobody called back so I called them and casually was told that my name and number and been «lost in a stack». That should have been my first warning to stop there! I spoke w/​Jeff on the phone (and again explained that my job was small: granite counter tops, hardware on existing cabinets and new flooring) who was rude and gruff. We (against my better judgment at this point) arranged a day to meet in order to obtain an estimate. From the moment he walked into my house (15 mins late) he was rude and disrespectful. He basically stated that my kitchen was not worth his time and that he didn’t do «this kind of job». I explained that I had been very clear from the start exactly what kind of work we wanted done. Finally I just said fine thank you for your time and he left. I have NEVER dealt with such a rude man in my whole life! I highly recommend that nobody even give this man a chance to give you an estimate, he is not worth your precious time!
