Meet the Business Owner

Momo Z.

Business Owner

H. Momo Zhou was born in Guangzhou, China in 1981. She grew up on the grounds of the Academy of Art University campus of Guangzhou where her parents worked as professors in painting and fashion. Surrounded by all forms of art in the university, Momo started her pursuits at a very young age. She attended the Affiliated Academy of Art High School and the first year of the University before moving to the US. Following in her father’s foot steps, she became a contemporary realism painter. Her B.F.A. Degree was awarded from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, in 2009. She pursued her Master of Fine Arts degree a year after that. In 2011, she started the «H. Momo Fine Art Studio» in Burlingame. While exploring the world of fine arts, she also teaches and conducts figure workshops. Her students range in age from young children to seniors.

She has won several national and international awards, her paintings have been shown in many locations around the country.
