Awesome! Online booking, accepts most credit cards, speedy response system, on time, very nice clean limousine, chauffeur was very professional. Will definitely book again and further recommend them.

Had a great experience with them! Very accommodating taking clients from Marin to East Bay and back. Really nice person on the phone who worked very quickly to accomodate.

We used the again for our daughter’s ten year old bday party. About 7 girls went over to ifly. They loved it and drinks were provided. The minus one star is the driver got lost and we had to call ifly of our lateness.
But God bless the driver! Screaming 9 and 10 yo girls. I probably get lost also Hahahahaha

E-​mail written to the company regarding a very bad experience based upon an Amazon Local Deal purchased for a 6 hour trip to Napa:
I would like to take this opportunity to express my utter dissatisfaction with your service. Even at the reduced rate I got through the Amazon Local Deal, I would not use your company again and will post this review to Unilocal and Amazon as well to warn others.
First, your company did not undertake to contact me to set up our appointment. I e-​mailed to set it up, was told I would receive a confirmation within 2 – 3 days, but did not get one for 2 weeks. Then the confirmation had a typo in it for the date and said someone would call me 4 – 7 days prior to our trip, but nobody ever called me. I ended up calling the company 2 days before our trip to make sure everything was okay.
Second, while the limo arrived timely, it did not smell very good and was an older limo. While I don’t really care about the age of the car, it definitely needed a thorough cleaning (smelled of stale beer and maybe old vomit and this smell really got to us later). I had given my itinerary below ahead of time, but the driver (Cal) seemed to rely on his GPS. For the first address, I also had printed instructions of which road to take, etc. Cal did not review the instructions and instead just relied on his GPS, which took us the long (and windier) way both into Kuleto and back down. As a result, what should have taken us 1.5 hours to get there took us nearly 2.5 hours and what should have taken 30 minutes to get back took nearly an hour. We ended up not making our other winery tour as a result and were also quite carsick by the end due to being in the car for 2.5 hours on a windy road with bad smells. At some point, Cal was clearly lost and he simply stopped the car in the middle of the road and told us he didn’t know where to go. At that point none of us had cell reception, so I’m not sure how Cal thought we would help.
Third, when we finally arrived back to San Francisco, it was 5:33 by my clock, and you charged us the full hour to 6 p.m. If this is your policy, that is fine, but it should have been clearly stated in your contract. I am used to paying in increments (15 minutes or half hour), not full hours. I was also surprised that you charges us the full amount given the fact that your driver had not prepared well for the trip and, as a result, we ended up spending nearly an extra 1.5 hours in the car. I attempted to talk to your company about this matter on the phone, but the person on the line was not helpful, so I gave up. Also, at this point, Cal got defensive about his driving and kept talking, even after we repeatedly told him we had to leave. As a result of all of this, the tip I gave to Cal was lower than my typical 20% tip — because I did not think the service was up to par (it was maybe about 12% of the total bill without the coupon, which I thought far to high to begin with). At this point, Cal proceeded to tell me that my tip was less than customary, which I knew… I honestly thought to take back the entire tip at this point, but mostly just wanted to get home without incident.

We purchased deal from Groupon for a 6 hour limo service to Napa/​Sonoma. I had called to ask Bara how many wineries we can visit in the amount of time we were allowed. He said 3 – 4 wineries. We didn’t call to book appointments because unsure of traffic etc. The driver drove like a maniac and caused some of my friends to get car sick.
After the 1^st winery we were on our way to the 2^nd winery. It took a long time and then by the time we arrived it was not at the right location. When the driver passed the winery we were supposed to go to, we thought that he planned for us to go to the farther one first. He never went over the itinerary with us and he didnt seem like he wanted to speak much and didn’t understand english.
We looked it up on
and back and forth took about 40 minutes to get back.
On our way back we asked if the driver can drop off our friend. it was on the way. He’s just driving on the street and she just hop out. At the end of the trip he said the boss told him that they need to charge us for 30mins.
I would not purchase his so called deal again.

Fortunately that day we did not hit any traffic but below were the 3 wineries we went to. We spent NO MORE than 1 hr at each place. One of the wineries we were only there for 45 mins.
SFO to Domaine Carneros (1hr 18 mins)
Domaine Carneros to Jacuzzi Vineyards (12mins) (Driver passed by this vineyard and drove another 20 minutes to the mistakened winery then he turned back around and drove the same distance back to Jacuzzi) Thats a 40 minute waste of time.
Jacuzzi to Hawkes (13 mins)
Hawkes to Hyatt SF (1 hr)
As you can see, if the driver didn’t drive to the wrong place then we would have made it on time. We would have had no problem paying extra if we really went overtime but it was not our fault that the driver drove to the wrong place and wasted time.

We purchased a groupon for ILimo and 8 fo us went wine tasting. Sam — our driver was very professional. He was early! He knew exactly where to go and was always ready for us. The car was very clean.
My husband was jealous of the girls day, so I am ready to book Sam and ILimo again to take the boys too.

I have used iLimo twice for a day trip to Sonoma, and both experiences were very professional.
Just a few bullet points of why I gave them five stars:
— We booked at the last minute, but they still tried hard to make it work (Thank you Bara)
— Both driver and representative were very professional and friendly; the driver even gave us a call before to let us know to confirm with us, give us his number, and the time he is coming to pick us up.
— The prices are reasonable
— Safe driving; they drive at a good speed, unlike some of the other limo/​cab drivers who try to drive slowly on purpose to get more money out of you!
— Our driver (Idal) was always prompt to pick us up and drop us off at designated spots
— Clean and comfortable seats
We are sticking with this limo company for our future winery trips. Thanks guys!

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried, but my friends and I are planners so our wine tasting day with I Limo was great!
We also had a groupon. We booked the date for a Saturday in September as soon as we bought it so we had about two months to plan. Getting the date we wanted was no problem.
I called to confirm our date about five days in advance of our trip. Since I was flying to San Francisco to meet my friends, I wanted to be sure this trip went as planned. I was asked to send an email to iLimo with the date, time, and location for pickup along with my contact information and the wineries I wanted to visit at least two days in advance of the trip. My friends and I had this all planned out for ourselves anyway. I included the address of each winery, too.
On Saturday morning, the driver called just before pick up time to say he’d be five minutes late. Since he called, we knew he was on his way so we were slightly less nervous about him not showing up at all. He was actually about 20 minutes late, but he made up for it by tacking some extra time on to the end.
Our driver had the itinerary and made excellent time getting to the first winery. We enjoyed the two bottles of champagne that were included in the price during our drive up, and we were pleased that although we had planned for a two hour drive, it took significantly less time to get to the first winery. The driver was very attentive – he carried our wine to the trunk, made sure we had the food we needed from the cooler before he started driving, brought clean champagne glasses for us, and made sure we had water (they provided water bottles for us). He had the trip mapped out and never needed to ask for directions, and he didn’t get lost.
Although we had five wineries on our itinerary, we didn’t think we would have time to go to all of them. We thought we’d only make it to three. As it turned out, we actually made it to all five wineries in the Sonoma/​Healdsburg area even though we sat for almost an hour at Mazzocco because it was crowded and slow and they bring out a cheese and fruit tray for limo guests.
It was a great day, and we’d definitely consider using them again if another groupon were made available.

Some co-​workers and I purchased a groupon deal $ 375 for a 6 hour napa tour. Tip was not included.
A worker there called me to confirm a few days ahead, I emailed him my itinerary and thats that.
Running late is automatically a big No-​No. The day of the tour, the driver was 15 minutes late. 15 minutes is a big deal when you planned your day according to a set schedule. Two bottles of champagne were provided, glasses were ok cleaned. The sunroof did not work and we had trouble with the radio. I could not find a usb cord and when asked the driver, he didn’t seem to care.
Within 30 minutes of the ride drive, the driver started smoking his cigarettes. We all smelled that the whole way. Really rude!!!
We arrived at our destination 5 minutes before our tour… wheww, we made it!
One of the girls got car sick and when we asked the driver if it was ok for her to stay in the limo since she felt sick, he responded that he had to drive to the gas station and he didn’t seem to care. Again, he showed no consideration.
There was a misunderstanding between our 2^nd winery and myself, but the driver was nice enough to take us to another winery eventhough it was not as planned. This was the reason we decided to tip him at the end.
On our way home, he smoked cigarettes again and he did not help us take out our bags from the trunk. When he all of a sudden drove off from a up– hill, the limo went backwards, two feet away from me and could of hit me. It’s as though he couldn’t wait to drop us off and be the f*ck on his merry way to have a cigarette.
I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or what, but when I think of a limo experience, I am expecting high class service.
Please please step up your customer service skills!!!

I booked this limo through a Groupon deal. I had never heard of them, so I knew I was gambling a bit. I was blown away by the service. The limo was really nice but the best part of the day was the service that they provided. After every winery we stopped at, the driver put a new bottle of champagne on ice and had clean glasses waiting for us. He really made us feel like we were VIPs! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to visit wine country (or anywhere) in style.

This is a great company. The drivers are very polite and drive the cars well. O often get car sick, so good driving is key for me. The service leading up to the trip was very good as well. Fast responses, very professional. The prices were very reasonable, and the cars were in great shape.

I heard about I Limo from a GroupOn deal. Unfortunately I missed the deal, but called the company, let them know that it was the weekend before my wedding, I had guests in town and I wanted to take them to see Napa without having to worry about a designated driver. They were really nice and I really wish I could remember the name of our driver because he was who I dealt with on the phone. But I can’t. all I remember is that he was super nice.
He picked up my guests from the hotel they were staying at in SF and was nice enough to pick me up from my house off the 80 freeway. We started late, which we chose to do and we were on our way. He showed us great wineries, was fun to chat with in the car, took us to an awesome lunch spot which also doubled as a winery. We started at Clos Du Vol and ended at Chandon. I can’t remember everywhere in between.
I highly recommend going with I Limo if you’re looking for a car service, especially a trip to Napa with a big group. Its fun, comfortable and the driver was so nice we were chatting with him the whole time.

So I had to pick my parents up at the airport. Things didn’t quite go as planned and before I knew it, I didn’t have time to get my parents. Quickly, and semi panicky, I called and asked my friends for the best place to send out a car to get my parents (didn’t think sending them a cab would be a good enough apology). A few of my friends recommended iLimo. So I checked out their site and figured, «why not?». I set the whole thing up through their site, and before I knew it my parents were getting dropped off at our place from the airport. When I asked how everything went, they told me that it was real nice of me to set up this ride for them. They enjoyed the car, and the driver was a «nice guy» according to them. Couldn’t have asked for more. Next time I’ll get them to take my parents to the airport so I can sleep in on a Saturday.

Great Limo Company and Wonderful driver. I have been dealing with these guys for several months now thanks to recommendation from a friend. They are extremely reliable and friendly. They are always punctual and have not been late one time. I have had several horrible experiences with limo companies in the past and these guys truly are a bright star in an otherwise ‘unpleasant’ industry…

Found these guys on Google, was looking for a stretch to take my family from out of town around Napa. Limo came right on time and the driver was very professional. The trip was for 8 hours and the rates seemed very competitive.
With cabs being as unreliable as they are today, I might try their car service when I go to the airport next time
