The staff at E3 — Anna, Man Li and Fanny — are terrific and always provide friendly and professional customer service. We worked with them 4 years ago on a kitchen remodel and they were very helpful and came down to San Jose before we placed the order to ensure the cabinet measurements were correct. They were also helpful on design. We are working with them again now on a hallway and bathroom project that require cabinets — both need to be customized. They turned around the project really quickly. They always ask great questions and are very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend their services.

I am a second time customer of E3 Cabinets and I have to call out Fanny Lau as the best! She helped me with cabinet design (I did so many revisions and she was so kind and patient with me). Fanny really knows her stuff and was able to work directly with me and my contractor to make sure my project was a success. The white shaker cabinets are really nice with the soft close hinge feature and much better quality and price (close to 50%) of Home Depot or other stock cabinet stores. I highly recommend using E3 Cabinets for any kitchen remodel. I could not have done it without Fanny! Thanks E3 Cabinets for providing me with great cabinets at a great price.

Renovating projects are naturally stressful because of all the details involved, so you want to deal with vendors who will help and not hinder the process. We found that with Anna and her team at E3 Kitchen and Bath. From our first meeting thru the entire process, Anna was friendly, honest, and sensitive to our needs. Anna came down to our home in San Jose for a small fee ($ 50), measured our kitchen space and made helpful suggestions to our design. Her estimates were accurate and made things easy to keep us on budget. Even when we messed up on our end with a scheduling bump, Anna worked hard on her end to reschedule our cabinets with only a few days delay instead of what could have turned into many weeks. You can use your own contractor to install, we chose to use Anna’s team. The install team was great too! They worked hard and efficiently. They were very clean and respected the fact we were still living in the house during the renovation. The cabinets look fantastic and we are thrilled. It is worth the drive from San Jose to check out E3. They deal in one style (shaker) of solid wood cabinets in several finishes and Anna was upfront in letting us know her limitations in sizes etc. SO if you are renovating and aren’t made of money, but want something better than MDF stuff from s big box store, E3 is definitely worth the time. For us, they beat IKEA! And we love IKEA,

We were looking to renovate our outdated kitchen with new cabinets and countertop without going over the top. We looked at Home Depot, Loews, and other kitchen supply stores until we came across E3. Their staff was incredibly helpful, walk you through the entire design (and multiple rds of it), and help provide valuable recommendations as experts in kitchen design. We got white shaker cabinets and fantastic granite countertops/​peninsula, and a new sink at a fraction of the price from the other vendors (close to 50% cheaper!!).
Absolute pleasure working with E3, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to do a kitchen renovation.

A contractor recommended this store to me to visit. He said that the cabinet is very high quality and looks very good, etc. I hurried to the show room, but was quite disappointed at the quality. I opened the cabinets and saw ugly screws in the back of the units everywhere. the cuts and fits of the frame were shabby. The wood looked ok. I loved the honey stained maple unit. The ones that has soft-​close hinges for both doors and drawers feel ok, but the ones without are pretty cheap feeling.
It would be unfair to rate these with custom cabinets. these are a pre-​fab cabinet, and they are value to be had at the price and quality. however, I was looking for something in higher quality of workmanship. The white cabinet which is supposed to be their top of line looked ok, if you are looking for white cabinets.

I had a good experience remodelling my kitchen using their cabinets. My friend also bought cabinets from them after seeing how well our kitchen turnt out. We also used their recommended contractor (who was only OK). He wanted to charge for every little thing. But dealing with the store for the cabinets was great and their costs are definitely more reasonable compared to other stores around here.

I did a whole house renovation and I had E3 do my kitchen and bathrooms. They installed my cabinets and granite countertops. E3 was fantastic to work with from the design process to the final installation. During installation, they kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. I made a last minute change during installation. E3 was able to make the change and still stay in the work timeframe. I am so happy with the final result and will recommend them to all my friends and family. The prices are really great and came in considerably under budget.

Small showroom but the two ladies sitting in the front were friendly. They speak Cantonese and English. Man Li was helpful and she referred us a contractor which we did not end up using.

I worked with Anna to remodel my kitchen before putting our house on the market. Anna was very nice, quick to respond and there to answer any questions I had. The install went very smoothly and our kitchen looks great. The cabinets and counter tops were affordable but still a good quality.

I am so happy that we worked with E3 on our kitchen remodel. Anna is the best! She helped us from start to finish as we were moving into a new home and wanted to gut the kitchen and build it from scratch. She is a great consultant and came up with so many ideas about how it should be designed, but not in a pushy way. Thankfully I listened to all of her advice, as the cabinets, granite and appliances all look great. We put in the Cherry shaker cabinets, used their granite install services and have a new sink from the. My husband and I were so happy with the professionalism and the cost cannot be beat! E3 Kitchen has cabinets for kitchen and baths at a great price. Anna will guide you through the process and give you good ideas to get started. There is much more to it than meets the eyes. Making sure that the design is functional to your lifestyle and family needs is very important. Good job, E3!

We needed new kitchen and bathroom cabinets for our house remodel and our contractor suggested to visit E3. We had an initial idea of what type of color cabinets we wanted. Although E3 does not have a ton of different styles, we very much liked the cherry shaker cabinets. The customer service was excellent. Fanny was very helpful with suggestions on the size and configuration of the cabinets, which made the our decisions much easier. Fanny provided detailed layouts and designs of how the cabinets would look in our kitchen and bathroom. As expected, the cabinets took two weeks to assemble and they were delivered to our house. We noticed a dent on the sides of one of our cabinets, and E3 immediately replaced that portion. One thing to note, be sure that you confirm with your contractor that you have all the correct sizes of cabinets before you order, because once you order the cabinets, some of them you cannot return. We wanted to make a last minute change and fortunately we were able to return one of the two cabinets. Overall, our experience with E3 was great. The price of the cabinets are very competitive. I would definitely recommend a visit to E3 if you are interested in new cabinets.

I visited this store after checking out the good reviews on Unilocal for remodeling of my kitchen at my new home. I was so disappointed & upset by this vendor.
When we got to the showroom, we couldn’t find any cabinets «in-​stock» that we like. However, the owner Anna show us some other colors and cabinet samples to us. We picked the style that we liked, and had it «special ordered». It’s ~50% more expensive than what they had in stock and were on promotion, but we thought we should get the cabinets that we really liked since we would use them for years. We were told that it would take about 1.5 to 2 months for the special ordered cabinets to arrive.
The cabinets arrived on schedule. We did not unpack the cabinets right away since the contractors were not working on the kitchen yet. When they unpacked the cabinets, they found that one of the cabinets, the molding for the top, & some of the fillers were MISSING!
So Anna quickly tried to get us the missing cabinet, and it took about another week to get it. By the time we had all the cabinets installed, we found that one of fillers had a different color. It’s not a completely different color, but you can see it’s DIFFERENT! SO then, we had to ask for an exchange… The color of the molding on top ALSO looked different from the rest of the cabinet. We waited another 3 weeks to get it done.
In addition, when we ordered the cabinet, we picked the granite counter top. Anna actually showed us different stone materials, and I pointed at the sample and told her I «wanted» that granite for counter top. However, only when we were to install the counter top, we found they did not include the counter top to our order!
Honestly, this store provides cabinets with a just little better quality than IKEA at low prices compared to other stores, but there had been REALLY TOO MUCH trouble dealing with them. I guess you will be SAFE if you are just picking what’s already «in-​stock» with same size, and same everything.

E3 has attractive cabinets for a low cost. They aren’t the highest quality cabinets out there, but they are a great value. Anna was very helpful for us, and also helped arrange for a marble top replacement for an existing one that we had that was cracked (this was through their marble partner B&B).

Anna did an amazing job with my kitchen and bath remodel work. From start to finish everything was clear and all the details handled professionally. Anna made sure to explain all the differences in quality and grades of granite and wood. I found that alone to be really helpful. She also explained the differences in their manufacturing process as compared to some other vendors out there. Be sure to ask her about that you’ll see the difference. Highly recommended, would definitely do again and the pricing was totally reasonable. I’d say the hardest parts are just making the decisions on colors and fixtures.

After going to E3 to visit their showroom and meeting Anna Wu, I knew I wanted to bring my business to them. She has great prices along with the highest quality materials. Everything was done correctly and on time, the contractors are great and cleaned up after the remodeling. I have recommended to my family and friends.

Needed to remodel the kitchen in order to expedite selling my condo. A friend suggested E3, and we got a great quote (actually 2 quotes, for counter-​top only vs. counter-​top plus cabinetry). We were able to pick out the granite and the type of cabinetry with a short visit to the E3 office (Man Li was very helpful, and completely responsive throughout the process). They even accommodated the delivery schedule of new appliances (so new appliances can be installed before they laid down the counter-​top). The work was done in less than a week (fast), and I was extremely happy with the quality of the work. In fact, all the appliances fit perfectly even though I only gave them the dimensions before they began work on the cabinetry.
Would definitely use them again. In fact, I’m going to recommend them to a friend who’s thinking about remodeling bathrooms.

All right now that my remodeling is over I just wanted to add that not only they are professional but also they are honest with their work. They brought me few items that were broken, they changed them in the same day. Also I wanted a little wine rack in my kitchen they were not proposing it and I was OK with it, I was planning to find it myself and ask my contractor to install it, I was not able to find what I wanted. Man-​Li looked for me and found me exactly what I wanted. She was not obliged to do it, but she still did, and I really appreciated her effort.
