Established in 2005.

Andrew Lomano Real Estate Sales was born in the days of exuberance of 2005, shortly before buying a home one year prior to the market high and its subsequent Fall in 2007. As a, «Late to the party» buyer, I experienced the upside & down side of home ownership in turbulent times. As a trusted Realtor, I have challenged, survived and learned to utilize the real estate market knowledge & dynamics to realize my clients’ goals today.

Andrew Lomano, Realtor® Coldwell Banker; Northern CA Region: Andrew resides on the San Mateo Peninsula with his family. His focus is, «Community Led» and «Client First» by design. With 23 years of business development and negotiation skills, Andrew helps his clients to visualize and to achieve their real estate goals. He proudly serves as a Realtor with SAMCAR and writes for LagoonLiving and Burlingame Living with real estaste & community sites & blogs. Aside from his love of design and the digital confluence of San Francisco & Silicon Valley, his favorite parts of California living are its weather, the close proximity to coastlines & mountains, and the diverse cultures & activities that the Peninsula Bay Area has to offer.

When not enjoying a little family and personal time, Andrew can be reached directly seven days a week as early as 7:00 am and into the evenings to achieve his client’s real estate goals.
