Victory Test Only Smog Center

I don’t trust this place, When I went in there at the recommendation of a mechanic my car was running fine decent gas mileage, after the smog check which I failed for the first time ever the car was running rough and then needed to bring it back to my mechanic to service which after a couple hundred in trying different things and still running rough and getting poor gas mileage. Finally I found a line that in my opinion had been purposely broken as I could see no other reason that in the location of the break this would have occurred from normal wear and tear. After a quick repair on my own I was back to normal.
I should have trusted my gut feeling when going to this shop initially, dirty, disorganized, and old parts scattered about. I don’t use the mechanic that sent me there any longer either.
