I started going to Dr. Verdugo after injuring my hip. The problem I when to him for is gone. I am fortunate to of found an experienced and caring chiropractor such as Dr. Verdugo. I am aligned and feel great! I would recommend him without a doubt!

While i was writing about this it gpt too long, so
TL;DR– Dr Verdugo fixed me up, suffering from 4 months of back pain, couldn’t sleep but got better within a month or so and I actually sleep well, not waking up due to pain anymore.
And here is the full extent of my review.
So just like many of you I had my fair share of horrible chiropractors. Some of them sat me down for 40 minutes on a massage chair and tell me to come back next week for the same treatment which did not make any difference. But since my back has been hurting past 4 months and made me wake up 2 in the morning because of the pain, I thought I would give them another try. However, this time, I did go on Unilocal and looked for a chiropractor with the best reviews. I left a message on the phone and he called me a day after. Even though it was a holiday he told me to come in right away and we got to work. First he took xrays and compared how my spine is supposed to look opposed to how it looks right now which is somewhat close to a mangled thing. little did I know that this was the start of the end of the pain. Ever since I went to Dr Verdugo my back pain has been almost non-​existent. My favorite part is the weight s also called traction. It makes me feel like my lower back is floating in space. After a month of going to the clinic my back pain has been reduced to 15% and it has been about 3 months of following his directions, doing the exercises, drinking his healthy green juice, I can say that I no longer wake up 2 in the morning because of pain, curled up in fetal position and be really tired the next day. In fact past couple days I actually overslept because none of my back was bothering me.
I still go to him regularly because I had more problems that kept on coming back. And every time I go for a treatment I learn new things about my body, how to take good care of it, and leave with a lot less pain. If you have been burned by other chiropractors, try him out. It will be your last doc you have to see.

Dr Robert Verdugo is the best chiropractor I know! He is highly knowledgeable and very sensitive towards the patient’s needs.
For years I’ve had severe issues with my neck and lower back. Dr Verdugo was referred to me by my health care provider. Dr Verdugo is all and more I was told about. Right from the start of my treatment, I felt a significant pain relief and progressively gotten better. I am so grateful to Dr Verdugo and his enthusiasm on quality health care. The quality of my life has definitely improved substantially due to his care and commitment to providing me with the best chiropractic care.
I also brought in my son to see Dr Verdugo for thoracic pain and hand-​elbow stress due to Tennis. After a few treatments my son felt free of pain and stated he felt so much more energetic and relaxed. He now receives maintenance treatments as advised by Dr Verdugo, to prevent future health issues.
Dr Verdugo, my son and I are so thankful to have you as our preferred healthcare provider. No wonder why your patients love you so much!
I recommend all persons to speak with Dr Verdugo and learn about how to improve your health and therefore feel more alive! And parents, ask him about why it is so important to adjust children since their infancy! Yes from infancy!!! I wish I had known Dr Verdugo years back.

I had never had any chiropractic work done before my experience with Dr. verdugo and I definitely had my doubts on whether or not anything would help me with my condition. I was seeing an acupuncturist to help flip my breech baby (I was 36 weeks pregnant) and she recommended I see Dr. verdugo when I mentioned the horrible pelvic bone pain I had been experiencing for the last couple months of my pregnancy.
I was diagnosed by my dr with SPD which is s condition from pregnancy where the pelvic bones loosen up too much and become unstable, causing very severe pain. My pain was so bad that I could barely walk. I had to use a chair in the shower because I could not stand in the shower and I had to be helped up and down the stairs at my house. I actually had to utilize a wheelchair anytime I knew walking more than a few steps would be involved (i.e. The grocery store or Christmas shopping). I was seriously resolved to the fact that the duration of my pregnancy I would basically be on self imposed bed rest due to the pain.
That all changed when I visited Dr. Verdugo a little over a week ago. I explained my symptoms and he adjusted the bone in my lower back. I was scared it would be painful due to my sensitivity but there was no pain at all while he was adjusting me. After a couple days I started to notice how little pain I was in! I was going up and down my stairs on my own, climbing into the shower with no assistance, and I have even been able to enjoy doing a little bit of Christmas shopping without a wheelchair! Honestly, it is remarkable and the only change I made was visitng Dr. Verdugo so I know it was this adjustment that fixed my displaced pelvic bones.
I used to be in so much pain at night whenever I got up to use the restroom after laying down for long periods and now I am experiencing very minor to no pain at all! I am so thankful to have found him and to be able to enjoy these last few weeks of my pregnancy without being in excruciating pain! I have my next appointment with him scheduled just to maintain the stability of my pelvic bones because I am just so happy with how I am feeling now! I had to make this review so that any other pregnant women experiencing this pain might visit him and get some relief!

I began seeing Dr. Verdugo when the pain in my back had reached a point where I could not get up from a chair or walk without experiencing high levels of discomfort that made it difficult to stand up. Over the period of several months and regular visits, my pain has been completely eliminated. The first weekend I had where I could run around with my kids and not be constantly clutching my back was amazing. He has a great doctor-​patient rapport, but more importantly, his results were incredible.

Am delighted with the care and attention Dr. Verdugo gives. My lower back and neck issues have improved immensely under his care. What I really like is that he doesn’t do unnecessary adjustments. I’ve been to other chiropractors who do the same 4 — 6 adjustments every time regardless of the symptoms. He sees each patient as an individual and each session is a little different depending on what’s going on with my body.
Recently, I was feeling a migraine coming on and it happened to coincide with my visit to Dr. Verdugo. He did a gentle adjustment on my neck and for the first time ever actually halted the migraine. I’ve had other chiropractors do a general neck crack and it had no effect on the migraine and I’ve also gotten migraines after a chiropractic visit elsewhere — but this is the first time a migraine has been stopped. It’s his attention to the individual that’s key.
I highly recommend Robert Verdugo for your chiropractic needs.

Dr. Verdugo is phenomenal! When I arrived at his office, my back would seize up where I could barely walk for 1 – 2 days at a time, had terrible lower back muscle spasms, unable sit at my computer for more than a three hour stretch, carrying a purse was painful and driving required an ice pack along with not sleeping through the night. I was in bad shape. It turned out, that I had a 7 mm disc bulge. After working with Dr. Verdugo consistently and following his guided holistic plan; chiropractic adjustments, block and weight techniques for lower back strengthening and relief, stretching and exercises, icing, fish oil, probiotics and positive thinking – I am now back to the gym stronger than ever, healthier and happier and nearly pain free with an overall massive improvement to my health and outlook!!! Dr. Verdugo prevented me from having to have surgery and improved my disc bulge by 90%!! It truly incredible. He is a wonderful doctor and gifted talent in the field. I honestly cannot say enough how his treatments have improved my life.

Health education is another important aspect of Dr. Verdugo’s treatment and has helped with my anxiety and depression. He introduced me to many different supplements and eating habits that have improved my overall health and sense of well-​being.
He’s always educating and improving himself on the latest innovations in the health and wellness field, to provide the best quality chiropractic care possible. I highly recommend Dr. Robert Verdugo. He’s a caring, compassionate professional and his treatment works.

Being a police officer takes a toll on my body. Wearing my vest and «Sam Brown» (all my equipment) weighs approximately 40lbs, plus the physical labor/​demands that comes with my career puts a tremendous amount of wear and tear on my knees and LOWER BACK.
I’ve been to several different medical and chiropractic doctors. The medical doctors advised to have surgery and the other chiropractors were not focusing on the areas I said I had pain. I gave up for awhile and tried to bare through the pain.
A friend who had severe back pain recommended Dr. Verdugo. He told me, Dr. Verdugo worked wonders and he actually listens to his patients.
Even though I was still a bit skeptical I decided to set up an appointment. I am extremely impressed by his professionalism and his focus and determination to provide the most effective care to his patients needs.

Doctor Robert Verdugo is one cool cat,
I had some pretty major issues involving numbness, pain an limited mobility, but after some intensive sessions, I felt better each time.
I’m now able to move pain free and slowly increasing my potential.
Only draw back is medical insurance doesn’t cover him. But still worth it if u care about your body.
