Great service, great guy. Our old pool man would only show up half the time and the pool was always dirty. Our pool is now clean and stays clean. Arman shows up every week right around the same time, and texts me when he his on his way like I requested him to do. I recommend his services to everyone looking for a good reliable poolman.

I don’t often write Unilocal reviews, however, in this instance I felt compelled. I’ve lived in Burbank for 6 years — the entire time I’ve been here, I’ve been in a house with a pool. For 5.9 of those years, I’ve had constant problems with algae, malfunctioning filters, etc etc, and have gone through several pool guys in hopes of finding one who could sort things out once and for all.
Recently, we were having yet another issue with algae and our former pool guy didn’t seem able to get it under control. We shocked the pool ourselves to no avail — then I called Arman. He was here within an hour. He assessed the problems quickly and came back a couple days later to give us his «start up» service. After 48 hours, our pool was the clearest and cleanest it’s ever been. He then showed up like clockwork — exactly when he said he would — a week later for our weekly service. I highly recommend.

After cleaning our jacuzzi there was still debris left on the bottom. He promised to come back the next day to vacuum it. He didn’t show up. I wouldn’t hire him again. I know I should not have given his payment. I knew it. Unreliable.

I called Arman to consult with us regarding the pool at our new home. He was ready to meet for consultation within hours of my request, was flexible in rescheduling when my timing changed, professional in his assessment, clear in his communication and thoughtful in helping to prioritize the needs of the pool based on my budget. I look forward to continued business and pool maintenance from Arman.

Hands down the best pool service in burbank. Arman is always on time and our pools always looks freah and clean. when we have a pool party i let him know and he makes an extra visit. thanks for the great services.

I contacted Platinum Pools for my new house and they were incredibly quick with their responses and came out to see the pool the same day. I had never owned a pool before so Arman gave me some product knowledge on the equipment and everything that would be serviced. We had them install a heater just last week and they did a fantastic job!

After my clients tenants left the pool green and disgusting I called Platinum Pools for cleaning and service. They showed up on time and went above and beyond cleaning the pool. He serviced the pump, changed the filter, and went by the property again later that day to make sure the pumps were still running and filter had not gotten clogged up due to all the dirt and algae. Platinum pools and service is wonderful I needed a quote on a new pump and filter as well as pool service. The company we were using before was horrible. The other company always would try to sell us things we didn’t need. On top of it they always kept my pool dirty with algae.
Armen came and inspected my pool he gave me a very good price on pool service and we have been using him for 7 months now and our pool is always sparkling. Never any algae.
On top if it there has been occasions where I needed extra cleaning on a Sunday because of guests he has gone out of his way for us.
He changed our pump and filter 7 months ago and he charged us a great price (I had called around for quotes) he did a terrific job and he recommended the right equipment.
Arman is never late and he takes care of our pool like it his own. We never look in our back yard and say its the pool guy. We look and say its Armen. He is great we highly recommend him to everyone.
