Service Department is Horrible. This facility is nothing like the Rush Truck Centers across the US. They are slow on service, never return calls, quick to add items not performed to the bill, and fail to meet the true Rush Truck Center Values. Please drive to another dealer if you can. You will be disappointed if you use this service department.
