They did a routine summer check up and I couldn’t be happier. They we on time, friendly and very affordable. But best of all my AC now works much better and the house cools much faster. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome company! I called them out for some AC trouble I was having. They were at my house within a few hours. Jesse did a very thorough job and did not try to sell me things I did not need. They are a very honest and knowledgeable company, I will use them from now on. AIM came very highly recommended from multiple people I know.

I called upon AIM when the buyer’s inspection on our home in Buda indicated an issue with the AC. I spoke with the young lady in the office and she scheduled Jesse to go out and do the complete service for the following day. Jesse found an issue, gave me a couple of options and effected the repairs on the spot. I am almost sorry we have moved from the area. AIM is my choice for heating and AC in the the Austin/​Buda/​Kyle area and I have passed the word to all of my friends who still live there.

In search of a company for A/​C and heater maintenance, a friend recommended AIM AC and Heating. That was back in 2007 and, ever since, they have been performing my semi-​annual service maintenance. They have also done various services work on my air conditioner — replacing the dual capacitor and the compressor, adding refrigerant — each time, I’ve found the prices to be reasonable and the service to be superb! From the person who takes the appointment to the person who comes to do the service, the individuals who work at AIM are always friendly, professional, and courteous. I love that they provide a courtesy call prior to coming out — even more, I love the fact that they are practically always running on schedule and perform the work in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good things about AIM — I highly recommend them!

I can’t speak highly enough of Susie and her great crew at AIM AC. They are extremely knowledgable and will bend over backwards to take care of you and provide you the best service possible. It can be a hard and intimidating process to find an HVAC technician that you can trust. I am always looking for the best price, quality service, and people I can trust that can come to my home. I called AIM an hour ago and the repair man is already here! Yes, here right now! He is fixing my problem and charging me $ 95. Sounds like a win win to me! No more 80+ degrees in the house!

AIM installed a new a/​c vent and ductwork in my house They were thorough and complete and reasonably priced. I will be getting my entire unit replaced over the winter and I will use them again.

Kevin was very thorough in his inspection of our current system and his recommendations. We knew we were due for a new system entirely. His bid was thorough as well and gave us several options from which to choose. When comparing his attention to detail, attitude, and information, we just felt that his bid was the best option for us and what he recommended made the most sense. Kevin was even willing to come out a second time to answer additional questions we had before agreeing to the bid and he brought his foreman with him. On the day of installation, they showed up when they said they would and did not quit till they had everything running sufficiently. They walked us through programming the thermostat and answered any final questions we had. They even called a couple days later to see how things were going! We love our new system, the added insulation in the attic and the additional return and vents they added to our home — now 75 degrees actually feels like 75 degrees!

We had the good folks from AIM AC services come out to our house and fix our AC. Part of the repair was under warranty and they took care of all the paperwork which was great and hassle free! Will definitely call them in the future, and YOU should too!

AIM installed a new 16 SEER unit for us this spring, and performed some A/​C air-​handling «corrections» on the original construction-​contractor install. It has handled the heat this summer admirably. The house is cooler than on comparable days last year, and our utility bills are considerably lower, even though 2001 to 2012 is an apples to oranges comparison. I believe that this unit is more efficient and cools better.
AIM offered a good pricing/​cost option list, secured all our rebates for us, and got the job done in one day as promised.
Highly recommended.

I had AIM install a new system — not only did they do a great job they worked with us to take advantage of the federal rebates. Even though I’ve moved from that house I still order filters from them for our new house.

After you totally dropped the ball on installing a hot air return, the office manager called me and apologized and told me that the issue would not happen again. I had hired someone else to do the work. I figured I would give them another chance when my AC Fan motor was making noise. I was told the tech would be out between 3pm and 5pm. I had even called the office manager with model numbers so they could have parts in hand, ready to install instead of having to have them come back. At 3:30pm, the guy shows up. He takes a look at my system. It is not making the noise now. He tells me that he can not replicate the issue, so he can not do anything. I turn the AC unit off myself, show him the noise as I move the fan blades the noise it makes. I tell him to check the fan motor. He tells me he can not find anything wrong and does not feel like he should charge me. He calls the office and they tell him to charge me $ 45 just for coming out. He leaves and the next morning. The AC motor is out. I am sitting in a house with no AC and no way to contact these folks because they do not work weekends. I leave a message telling them that his tech was WRONG and they owe me $ 45 because the tech did not fix the issue to begin and should have never charged me if he was not to going to even check the AC motor like I told him to.
The second technician that came out was totally clueless. Before he left, he mentioned he could replace the motor but it was going to cost me over $ 500 for the part alone. Ironically the part and labor is usually closer to $ 400. I thought their part and labor prices were a little on the high side. I might have opted to have him replace the motor that day. It is pretty scary when you know a little more than the technician they sent out.
Thanks but no thanks. I will not be calling you guys out again.

Customer focused and affordable. They worked hard to get our AC fixed and charged us less than another company’s quote. They also took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied.

We finally found an AC/​Heating company we can trust. They also fixed our AC to work correctly in a 2 story house. Now the whole house can be cool at the same time. After spending several thousands for radiant barrier and window film, they installed new zone control and dampers that work correctly and keep us cool. The owner is also quick to respond to questions. Another good thing is that they are local and very close to my house in Kyle. Use local business when you can!!!

We have used AIM for years. They provide excellent, knowledgeable service, and above all else, they are honest and show up when they say they will. A few years ago, I was told I needed a new system by someone else, but AIM was able to service my system and keep me running! The same thing happened to a friend. Another time, I needed some duct work repaired. After 2 no-​shows from two other companies, AIM came right away and did this little, sweaty job for me. They charge a little more than some of the other guys, but again, they are honest, and aren’t just offering a cheap deal so that they can come in and sell you a new unit. Give them a call!
