No show last week after making an appointment on the phone and receiving a confirmation via text.

GREAT JOB! I was amazed after they cleaned windows at a rental property that I own. Holy smokes, it made the place look like new!
On time, fast, cleaned up after himself and made sure that I was satisfied before he left. I can’t wait for my home’s windows to be cleaned next week. Woo hoo!

Yeah, I have to agree with Barb on this one. This was by far, the weirdest experience I have had. I called about getting our windows cleaned prior to our solar screen installation; Ben did not have good reception and lost the call in the middle of our conversation. I did not hear anything back from him. He called a few days later; and I returned his call.
He sounded friendly, gave me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment, he even called me on his way over. He texted me while at the house asking about certain windows. Yet, when I got home not a single window was clean. I could find one window track that looks like someone may have cleaned it? So, he came to my house but then left? And then Ben just dropped off the planet. never heard from him again.
Very strange way of conducting business. I would look elsewhere.

Ben came out to wash all windows and doors as well as clean our screens. He did an excellent job, professional, courteous, and his estimation of cost was on the mark.
We will be using him in the future! Excellent service and a job well done!

Ben has cleaned our windows three times since 2009 and always done a stellar job. We have a large, odd house with a two story living room with clerestory windows, a sloping lot (so he’s on a ladder a lot) and lots of dirt (windy area). We are grateful to have found Ben.

SPARKLING WINDOWS!!! I had JB Window Works clean the inside and outside of my home’s windows. They did a terrific job! The technician was very courteous and introduced himself upon arrival. He gave me a good description of what he was going to do and provided me with the price before he started working. As part of the service, he even cleaned the window sills and killed a few wasp nests he found near the roof line. I am extremely happy with the service and will be recommending JB Window Works to everyone I know.

He was a no show

My feelings are hurt… I’m a new homeowner and needed to find someone to clean the gutters I can’t reach even with a tall ladder. I found JB Window Works in Unilocal and with all the positive reviews, gave Ben a call.
He sounded very friendly on the phone and we scheduled a time to meet for an estimate and the cleaning. He didn’t seem overly excited about gutter cleaning — but then who would? So the day before he was to come out, he called and said he was sick and couldn’t come. That was fine I said. Let’s reschedule.
We settled on the following Wednesday, an afternoon window of time (something like 2 – 5). I said I would work from home that afternoon so I could be there. He said that wasn’t really necessary. I said it was fine, and besides, how else was I going to pay him? I was getting the feeling he was being a little evasive, but I ignored this in my excitement to finally have this done.
So Wednesday came around and I worked from home. Didn’t hear anything from Ben. At 5pm, I called and left a nice message asking if he was running late and still coming. He didn’t call back. I waited another hour and called again — asking if something came up, and did we need to reschedule? (I’m SO nice and understanding. Maybe I’m a sucker.)
He NEVER called me back. Nothing. No explanation, after canceling once then being a no-​show.
My house is a typical 3-​bedroom size, with a standard roof. Nothing challenging for someone who does this for a living. So this can’t be the reason.
Ben, if you simply didn’t want to do this job, why didn’t you just tell me? That would have been the professional (and kind) thing to do.

I was moving into a new house and had JB Window Works come out and clean the windows prior to moving in. They were prompt and courteous and did a great job on the windows. It looked like a whole new house after he was done.

We called JB Windows based on Unilocal reviews after giving up on another local window company that didn’t return our call after four days. Right off the bat, we liked JB because an actual human (Ben) answered the phone, instead of an answering machine.
Ben is a military veteran and we are always glad to support vets. This is a good company that does a great job of cleaning. Very professional.
By the way, he was perturbed about the only bad review JB got, posted by a woman nine months after they cleaned. They had apparently forgotten a section of her gutters, but went back right away once she called to tell them. He was puzzled as to why she would post a bad review at all, much less so many months later.
Meanwhile, next we will hire them to clean our gutters, which were recently cleaned not very well by our yard guy. JB also hangs holiday lights.

Don’t use this place for gutter cleaning. It is a rip-​off and Ben was not at all conscientious.

These guys are honest, prompt, and friendly. They not only showed up on-​time, but cleaned the windows right the first time. I always enjoy supporting veterans, so when I realized this was a US Army veteran owned business it made my decision easier.

I highly recommend JB Window Works. They were fast, professional, competitively-​priced, thorough, and friendly. I had my windows cleaned and all my sidewalks pressure-​washed to prepare my house for sale. Everything is sparkling, and not only was it affordable, but I hardly knew they were here. I’d definitely call them again.

These guys run a top-​notch window cleaning business and are reliable and fairly-​priced. Ben has been in the business a long time and can have your windows sparkling in no time. I use these guys and would recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows cleaned.

I purchased the gutter cleaning Groupon in November and called today to see if they could come out this weekend, even better, they came out today! Ben showed up and cleaned out the gutters; he was super polite and friendly. I believe that he went «above and beyond» the required cleaning because he ended up using my hose and spray nozzle to really get everything out of my front gutter. Super happy, I will definitely hire them to clean my gutters next year.

Jared and Ben are the J and B in Window Works, and both guys are professional and polite. Despite living across town from us, Jared came out to our home and wrote up an estimate in person in less time than other companies took to email us back.
Ben cleaned our disgustingly dirty storm windows (don’t judge!) and I could swear that it’s 50% brighter in here. He also power washed our exterior and roof, and did such an awesome job that the neighbors were asking for price quotes. He did a good job cleaning up, and I felt comfortable having him inside our home.

JB delivered in all three areas. with distinction and class.
i called YESTERDAY. they came TODAY, and were very accomodating of my schedule. they did a wonderful job. their price was competitive and i got exactly what i asked for. the guys are respectful and engaging and had a great can-​do attitude. i told my realtor to add them to her preferred service provider list and she heartily agreed to.
five stars without hesitation. really a great job.

Our usual office window cleaner was booked out for over a month before they could get to us so I needed to get someone in sooner. Thanks to Unilocal I placed a call to JB Window Works.
I spoke to Ben (the «B» in JB) and was told he’d drop by for an estimate. Expecting to hear back in a few days Ben was at our office within a few hours giving us a very reasonable price. A few days later Ben and Oscar cleaned our interior and exterior windows to our satisfaction. Estimate on Tuesday and work completed on Monday! As someone that deals with vendors on a weekly basis I appreciate how fast and friendly the services JB Window Works delivers.
Thanks Ben! We plan on using JB Window Works again every six months or so as needed and I would highly recommend you giving them a try.
