I can’t say enough about Joe and Brian. They did such a great job installing my laminate flooring. Joe came out on Monday to get a look at my project and estimate the costs. By Monday night I had my estimate in my hot little hand. By Wednesday, yass girl (or guy) I said Wednesday, Joe and Brian were at my house installing my flooring. I was amazed. Joe told me exactly what to purchase, where to purchase and broke down the itemized cost. The work is so well done. All I had to do was sit back and enjoy the work (although I must admit I may put on an old pair of socks and pull a Tom Cruise, Risky Business, in my living room haha). They even hauled away my old dirty carpet.
Great prices, great service, excellent results!!!

All the 5 star reviews for these guys are very well deserved. Having dealt with some less than scrupulous contractors recently, I appreciate Joe & Brian even more for their transparency & work ethic. Highly recommend.

I’ve left two voice messages and have received no phone call back. It’s extremely frustrating as my company would be able to use them for more than one job, and we need the flooring done ASAP! Another company wouldn’t even offer an estimate because we only need a kitchen done in this house. What ever happened to customer service?

Joe has just finished doing my floors, and I absolutely loved the experience. He was on time, easy to work with, did everything quickly and with excellent quality and my new floors look fantastic.

I called ATX weeks ago twice and never got a call back. If this is reflective of things to come, then I guess I should go with someone else. I noticed one client posted a «no show» and «no call back» from them so I guess I am not alone.

Joe installed flooring in my entire house almost 2 years ago so I’m a little late with my review. Not only did he do an outstanding job, he is a hell of a nice guy. He was punctual every day and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. His attention to detail was meticulous. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of flooring.

Joe and Bryan did an awesome job with our new flooring installation. The only reason why this isn’t a 5 star rating is lack of timely call back. That being said, after we got together for the estimate, we agreed on a date and it was good! Super hard workers!

Beyond impressed with Joe and would recommend him without any hesitation whatsoever! He was able to fit me in to his busy schedule very quickly. He completed the baseboards throughout my entire home in just a little over four hours.

We had a great experience with Joe. He was friendly, accommodating, and professional. He even went out to get supplies (molding, leveling cement, etc), and took a load of debris to the dump for us that ended up being a huge help.
We demoed the house ourselves, but Joe made sure we knew exactly what we needed to rent to do the job, and it wasn’t too bad at all. Saved a lot of money too!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews! I called Joe because I had some damaged floor in the middle of a room, and half the floor needed to come up in order to replace the bad planks. I left a message on Sunday, got a call back first thing Monday and had him come out for an estimate. We talked, agreed on a fair price, and the work was done that weekend. No issues at all, floor looks great — cleaned up after the work, all was good. If I have an install job in the future, I’m calling him. Thanks!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They stood me up. I worked around their schedule to meet for an estimate and they never showed up! Nor did they call me.
Maybe they do great work but they’ve proven to be unreliable.

Joe was in our house this week to install flooring all throughout our downstairs. He was fast, efficient and did a beautiful job! When he was done my husband asked if I knew if he did anything else as far as home improvements. We really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful new floors! I have used Joe to install laminate flooring at several of my properties around Austin and he is simply the best laminate installer in Austin!

What can I say? Joe came by, gave us some tips on where we could buy materials to save us money, he stopped by a couple more times to help us verify t-​molding fitting, gave us a very reasonable price, set a date for the work and showed up right on time.
He did an excellent job on our living room flooring and was extremely professional and friendly.
