Established in 1983.
We are a local family-owned company providing all forms of tile installation and stone and quartz slab fabrication. Our company has been in business since 1983 and since that time we have grown into a full service design and installation facility. Our owners, Joe and Maggie, and their son Adam (AJ) Oestereicher have a combined experience of 75 years in the construction industry. Our company strives to maintain the highest reputation in all aspects of tile and stone finishes. Heritage Tile-Marble and Granite takes great pride in providing a very personalized experience. Joe and now his son AJ, have worked very hard to become true artisans, specializing in unique and high quality projects. We work equally well with the architects, contractors, designers and individual home owners. Our focus is not how MUCH work we can do but how WELL we do each project.

Joe, Maggie, AJ O.
Business Owner
Joe and Maggie and AJ Oestereicher are all natives to Colorado. Joe grew up in the construction industry working with his father’s flooring company. He is a perfectionist in every aspect of his life especially in his work. Maggie grew up as her father’s first «tomboy» and enjoyed collecting and polishing stones with her grandfather through out childhood. She married a man who would keep her working with stones as an adult! Maggie studied Environmental Design at the Univ. of CO, so it was a natural fit for her to work with Joe in his business. Joe and Maggie have lived in Louisville, Colorado since 1980 where they have celebrated 31 years of marriage and raised three children.
AJ is the third child of Joe and Maggie and the only boy. Like his father he has been raised in the construction industry and began polishing granite at the early age of nine. He found an instant passion for the creativity working with stone. He has recently graduated from Metro State Univ. of Denver.
