For the most part I have been really happy here. Nice complex, great views… The real problem is the fire alarms, i don’t mean in apartment smoke detector. I’ve lived here 9 months and probably 5 times the whole apartment fire alarm has gone off and it is deafening! It goes off for up to an hour at a time driving everyone (pets included) outside. The residents are left standing out in the cold, sometimes at night with no answers. It goes on and on. There is no apology or compensation for the residents. I work nights and sleep during the day so it is really horrible. I swear I have permanent hearing damage and I’ve had to put my pet on prozac she is so anxious. Unless Amli gets this fixed I would look elsewhere.

This place started out nice but has turned into a crime ridden horrible place to live. They are strict on any charges like having no parking and making you pay to park in the garage only to have cars stolen and broken into almost daily in the parking garage. They had a special 100 move in and we had gang members move in and now the amenities are always being broken or stolen. I would not recommend anyone come live in this nightmare and was totally ripped off with 3 month rent penalty for wanting to leave because the crime has become so bad here. Do not trust the nice exterior this place was built as cheap as possible and every repair is a band aide. I have been stuck in the elevator 4 times each time after they said it was fixed. The worst place I have ever lived, would feel more safe in a trailer park then this horror park.

The apartments are beautiful and the location is great. I love the gym and use it every day. I am concerned though about security in this building as are many other residents. Doors to the garage are often broken and go without repair. There have been fifteen vehicle break ins during the past few months but management has been unresponsive to requests for security cameras. My interactions with management office have been mixed. If one person is at the desk I know to just keep walking and save my request for later — if I ask that person it will never happen.

Cost a lot. Hallways are dirty for weeks before cleaned. Dog area is nice and friendly dogs. Gym is one of the better ones I have seen, still cramped and no bench press. Nice walking places, but careful in the snow. Maintenance does not shovel any of the sidewalks. They might salt them at most. The apartment itself is nice. Plenty of outlets and wired network cables in the walls. Cable connection to the building is improperly designed, been scheduled to be fixed for a year but no progress at this time so Internet has high latency and drops. Enough to notice during phone calls or latency sensitive applications. Sometimes a video stream drops for 10 – 15 seconds. I have comcast business class so you know it was set up due to the SLA. For the price the price I expect clean and maintained grounds even when it snows. I hear that it used to be better before the management changes. Can’t say I’m thrilled right now with AMLI.

AMLI at Interlocken is a beautiful, modern, well-​managed community which actively encourages pets. The pool is beautiful and well maintained and the fitness center is really nice, with 3 treadmills and a couple of elliptically and a bike machine as well as several weight machines. Management is on site daily and is friendly and very responsive to requests and concerns. The apartments are brand new and have really nice views of the surrounding beautiful Colorado landscape. There are paved walkways all around the surrounding businesses, and it’s very convenient to shopping and freeways.
Definitely recommend this community!

Moving into a brand new community, with much of it still under construction, I had expected there to be a few kinks. And there were. But every time I called in for a service request, it was taken seriously and taken care of promptly. I care less about the little things they forgot along the way (superficial details in my unit) and more about how they make things right. My space is all good now, and I love coming home to it
I also love how dog-​friendly the community is. If you don’t like dogs, this isn’t the place for you. Mine has made many other canine friends since we’ve moved here.
The view from the top of the hill is amazing as well. Especially on a clear morning when the sunshine bounces off of the mountains. You get a good light show during the thunderstorms too.
I do wish they’d open up the amenities sooner though. Progress on that front seems slow. Oh, and not much guest parking! Maybe it’ll be better once they move into real leasing office and move the trailer.
