They cold call like crazy to anyone that has a public record. They will call work, cell, relatives and anyone with your last name or possibly linked to you and worry them by saying that you have tax issues and «its urgent» and try every subtle fear tactic possible to get you to play into their game. Probably not a good firm if they have this much time to do this. I normally wouldn’t review someone like this, but people should know my experience. They call every other week, used to be every week, disrupts business, and sidetracks my employees with their crap. They refused to leave messages, they call private and honestly are more annoying than a bum that stares you down when they don’t get their way. I would add more but the Unilocal guidelines won’t let me, otherwise this review will be filtered. Roll over and burst into flames please.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; they don’t deserve the one star I was forced to give them. They call soliticing new business for tax lien relief, but when you say you aren’t interested, they get nasty and hang up on you. They act more like bill collectors than they do telemarketers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

i used this law firm and the work they did was amazing! they handled all of my irs issues and kept me informed all through the process since my job keeps me very busy it was great to focus on work and feel secure my money was being spent well
