YSG did everything they promised, even though they’re from LI they used local professional contractors. We purchased our system and have NO electric bill!

I contacted ConEdison regarding converting from oil to gas.
They have a list of contractors on their website.
I contacted YouSaveGreen to give us an estimate. This goes back to 2013 in December.
My wife and I looked it over and we agreed to give them the job.
We asked how much and they said 8650.00
Then we noticed we didnt need to make an upgrade to our water heater because it was months old. They tried to scam us.
So they said ok we will discount the bill.
The bill came out to 7450.00. We agreed on the price and gave them a check for 3250.00 (half the amount).
Weeks pass by and we dont hear anything. Then a month later Ron Conti calls and says «Hey I am calling to see how the project went?»
I told him. They didnt even start the job. Nobody is returning calls. Someone came to take measurements and left.
Another person came and took measurements and left.
David Magid does not return phone calls. Does not return emails. I have called and spoken to Will and he assured me «he is settling in and hes going to call you back»
I have tried reaching out him numerous times and they just told me «We cannot do your project»
We are having a problem getting our money back.
