Meet the Manager

I Have been in and around the food business my whole life my earliest recollection of was watching the «Galloping Gourmet» I was probably around 4 years old.

And every one in between for the last 40 years plus.

I grew up right behind our local bagel store so my house has always had the great aroma of bagels this triggers many memory’s for me.

I was lucky to work there there I watched and listened intently knowing they had a tremendous amount of knowledge of old fashioned bagel making them second to none.

Have been trained in the old fashioned way from baker to baker I also graduated from the French Culinary Institute — «International Bread Arts Certificate» all of my experiences and educations in dough making has catapulted my creative passion for «Artisan Old Fashioned Bagel» creating the largest varieties of flavors and colors not seen anywhere on the planet.

All of my bagels are made in small batches using only the finest natural ingredients no chemicals.
