Typical Starbucks with lots of people all hours of the night. I typically go in the evening before closing, about an hour before. Each time I have gone, which has been at least a dozen, there are two very strange senior citizens, one in a wheelchair and the other mobile. They stare at the patrons very uncomfortably. I wanted to ask what the deal is with these two women, but didn’t have a chance as they seem to linger by the cash register. Other than that, the workers are friendly and polite. Oh, and Starbucks coffee always rocks:))

I was at this place yesterday the location is nice I’ve been there before but one girl that works there I overheard her name and it was Selena was just throwing things around, I was sitting by the counter you know where they have the little stools to sit onwell I guess there’s a sink right by there and she was just throwing cups in there or whatever it was so we had to get up and leave.

um. yeah. + I visited this location last week, around 745ish/8pm before heading to LIC because I need a drink for the road. Yes. I ALWAYS have a drink to sip on whilst I drive. That means as soon as I get to my destination — I’m going straight to the bathroom LMAO. not kidding :} + this location is about 10 mins(driving) away from my house, and in the opposite direction of the BQE which 1. i know like the back of my hand bcuz i be driving like my daddy owns it HAHA(i should’ve been a driver for NASCAR tbh i’m that GREAT) 2. is the route I must take to get to my grandma’s house. SOTHISTRIPTOOK ~25 mins RT. + not many people in the Starbucks. 2 girls in front of me on line. — Garbage cans overflowing? spilled liquids all over the counter? the fridge has like no stock? I know it was in the evening, but um… why was it so grody? + i ordered a Passion Tango Lemonade(light ice), but here’s where things get weird — —– The ~BARISTA~ poured the lemonade and the tea right into the cup. THISIS A SHAKENDRINK, HONEYBUN. There was no one else on the line behind me, nor did anyone walk-in for at least 5 mins while I waited for my drink to be made. Not sure why she was SOLAZY. I know I said light ice, but she put like 2 ice cubes into the cup. dang. fck me right? so the drink wasn’t cold at all… and she didn’t shake it up which would’ve help to cool the room temperature liquids I just paid $ 4.34 for… and they have attitudes here. amateurs. i parked at the bus stop(sorry ={) and was already late to see my gma, so i was like whateva then. next time, when i see this bxtch. she gonna know she better shake up my drink.

They open late and staffs are very nice! i was sick and ordered a tea. I was kinda embarrassed to ask refill hot water so many times but they were very kind every time I asked. Washroom was surprisingly clean(most of Starbucks are so dirty) only I disagree about this Starbucks was no music. It was awkward silent all the way.

This is the slowest Starbucks ever. The staff is pretty friendly(talking way to much when people are trying to get out for work) except for one girl with brown hair that gives you an eye roll when she messes up your coffee. It looks like they never refill their stations and are always low on stock. They make a horrible chai latte(un drinkable) I thought maybe Starbucks changed something but turns out I ordered it from another Starbucks and it was just fine. I pass there everyday for work but I will never go back in. If your in that area skip the Starbucks and go down the block to Dunkin.

I give them a two stars because they always seemed confused at this location and I usually see a decent amount of workers here. They take a while to make your coffee and sometimes it can even be wrong. They also run out of a lot of flavors. Also if you ever need to use the restroom it’s mostly out of service.

This is a small Starbucks with only a few tables. It can get busy at this location and the line seems to move quickly. The staff is very nice. My biggest issue was that the bathroom was not in service… whomp whomp. Parking can get difficult to find in this area.

Total miss and disappointment this late afternoon around 4pm. The cashier most likely was new to the system but was very nice. There was about 4 other people behind the bar. I came to Starbucks to show loyal appreciation for merry Mondays half off frap deal after 2pm today with my friend and also to claim another Christmas offer. So I asked politely if I was granted two drinks half off with my registered reward card. It took 5 mins to ask around and surely one of the team members blurted out«Yes, that it should be taken off.» Then when it was time to checkout the cashier said it would be $ 7 and some change except it waan’t. So with that meaning I was still charge for one venti size frap full price. The manager on duty didn’t even offer to resolve the problem with anything more then a comment of «Oh the Starbucks app is weird like that.» She was replying as she was walking off also, and that was pretty rude for management. I would have purchase them seperately if I knew. It’s not totally about the discount but all staff should know what the offers are so that loyal customers don’t feel cheated. Most def would not refer this location to anyone.

This is a very busy starbucks. There are almost never any available seats and the speed for the barista is usually a hit or miss. The staff is usually all very friendly.

Staff are extremely rude. They speak to you like you owe them money. They don’t bother to call your name, just leave your coffee on the counter and let you wait. And I got a bad diarrhea after drinking a cup of their frappuccinos. Never going back to this disgusting little hole. Seriously guys, there are tons of places in the neighborhood where you can get more decent coffees and beverages at cheaper prices, and you are treated with respect. Don’t go waste your money at Starbucks, at least not this one.

came during one of the half off frappé days and the line was insane BUT they had a good system going. they had a worker outside the door taking your drink orders and when you go inside you just give the cashier your cup and wait for your drink. the girl working the door was GREAT, super quick and convinced everyone to get the venti because it was only a few cents more lol yay calories!

My favorite Starbucks in New York! Whilst every Starbucks tastes almost identical to me, there are a couple of things that I particularly like about this one: — the first Starbucks I visited in New York! I still remember! — the atmosphere. To me, it is not the hipster-y(or hipster-esque? Hipster-ant? Hipster-ous?) or touristy vibe I usually see in coffee shops. Here, you’ll see parents with their children, Chinese grandmas and grandpas, and people who don’t wear their shades when sipping coffee. The vibe is lively and is even better on a bright, sunny day — the shop is clean and organized and staff is friendly

This Starbucks is a hit and miss but I frequently stop by since it is on my way to work. Some of the workers are friendly and efficient while others aren’t so friendly. A smile goes a long way early in the morning.

Some bad reviews for this location, but it’s actually pretty ok. I would understand why though. I mean, Starbucks is Starbucks. Fast food of the coffee-world. And what more can you expect from a fast-chain place ? I have Starbucks closer to my home but I would still come here to relax if I were around 18 Ave. The staff here are friendly whenever I come. Some of the Baristas could use a smile though, especially in the morning. Even if they get my order wrong, most do not hesitate to fix the order unlike some other Starbucks I know of. Also, the drinks are also a bit tastier than other Starbucks locations I’ve been to. Customer service here is pretty good but I’d definitely improve if I could. 3.5 stars because I feel like alot of places like Starbucks are really just a trend, which I don’t really buy into. Overall though, if you’re the Starbucks type of person, definitely try this location out :)

I love this Starbucks! I come here every chance I get and the staff is super friendly and the longest I’ve waited was 10 minutes for a drink when they were SUPER packed. It’s a small place and they do seem to be understaffed which working in retail I can completely understand. It seems they try their best though and if they mess up your drink and you let them know they don’t have a problem remaking it. I don’t know much about sitting here because every time I walk in its during busy hours and I’m always on the go, but if there’s a block of time that it’s quiet I could see myself sitting down relaxing and enjoying my drink. Iced(or hot) SOY chai is amazing. Even if you are able to drink regular milk if you have an open mind I’d recommend giving the soy chai a try — I absolutely fell in love with it.

I LIVE at Starbucks. I’m there multiple times throughout the day, at whichever location is nearby. I recently moved to the area and was delighted that there was a Starbucks just minutes away from me. THIS Starbucks however, has my thumbs down more than up. I can’t say the staff is rude or anything but they take forever MOST of the time. There have been probably 3 times total that I was in and out within minutes, as it should be regardless of the line. They were heavily understaffed. I called corporate and made a complaint, I mean I plan on frequenting quite often now. Seems as though they actually took my complaint seriously; they have been getting better the past few weeks. I’ve literally waited for half an hour before for my one cup of coffee. And I get regular iced coffee, no fancy shmancy shit that takes time for the espresso to brew, so there’s really no excise for the length of time it takes them to finally produce my product. Overall, we need another Starbucks up in here.

What can I say I’m glad they finally open a Starbucks around my neighborhood… but this particular coffee shop is such a hassle… Starbucks is just burnt corporate love… If you want a REAL coffee shop… go to a little café wherever you live where it’s not like ‘fast food’ coffee… You know what I mean… You have a cheeseburger from a restaurant… and a cheeseburger from McDonald’s…Starbucks is the McDonald’s of the coffee chains… And it’s only popular because it’s «cool»… You have little teenagers bouncing around like…“Zomg I’m a super cool coffee-café chick because I go to Starbucks! This place is Loaded with teenagers… ugh…extremely cowered… yes there is seatings but since this place is so cowered its limited… The staff is unfriendly and sloppy… I can’t believe they mix up five orders while I was just waiting for my one order… i waited for thirty minutes!!! So disorganized… and there was four people working!

I usually love starbucks, but the service here is lacking in a big way. There is always an enormous line and it moves really slowly. Often the cashier needs t leave the register to tend to customer issues or whatever else. This place needs management.

I loveeee starbucks! I’m not a coffee person but I love tea. I absolutely love their passion tea lemonade. I usually get it without sugar because the lemonade is already a little sweetened. Their Black tea lemonade and green tea lemonade is awesome as well!
