I’ll start by saying that they just finished renovations last week in the store. I believe they’re under new management. What was done? For starters they got all new locations for the freezers where they keep the ice cream that you can buy in the tubs and take home. They’re perfectly set so they catch your eye when you walk in and as you order your coffee and donuts. The décor looks pretty amazing now! They have the tables up front by the counters where you order. In the back of the store where it used to be open with a few more tables, Now it’s a little more closed off because of the bathroom(Which I will get to in a minute). But up in the back, There’s around 4 or 5 of the comfiest chairs I’ve ever planted my bottom in. I swear when I sat down I sank right into the chair. I sat in back with my girlfriend for over an hour just drinking our coffee and talking. The bathroom. Oh the bathroom. It’s so nice. I can’t believe that it’s in a D&D. It’s newly renovated along with the rest of the store and it smells like pine cones. It kind of actually looks like a bathroom from a Hotel. The hand dryer they put in is so good. It dried my hands in literally around 15 seconds. The staff. The staff was nice and smiling when they took our orders and were very helpful.

I do not like this Dunkin Donuts at all. Period. Let’s start with the fact that they probably haven’t changed their Iced Tea in ages since everytime I’ve been here the Iced Tea isn’t the same color as you’d expect tea at other Dunkin Donuts and tastes like sour milk with lemon juice. The other drinks, typical Dunkin Donuts, not the best, just simple. The donuts, I know how they’re before they’re served to you so let’s not start there. Oh, and the service? Well the new couple of baristas working there are pretty nice but I can’t be sure since I’ve only returned like once. The previous baristas(Dk if they still work there) were not so nice. They hardly spoke english which isn’t a problem as long as they get your order right, however, everytime I would look up thet’d be talking in what sounds like Russian and half the time, they’d be looking at me. Awkward. Plus, some of them gave off a we don’t want you here type of attitude at times. Typical. Overall, sure, it’s a place you should go if you don’t like starbucks and want a quick cup of coffee, but not a good place to hang out and expect amazing service.

The servers working behind the counter were friendly enough but my server not only mixed up my order but also the one before mine(they were given the wrong donut). I ordered a chips ahoy ice coffee but received a regular one. When I pointed it out, they took back my coffee and added the flavoring but did not mix it, so my first sip was 99% flavoring. I’d go back, but check closely that you get what you ordered.

If you are in rush — don’t come to this dunkin. The fact it is situated on top of the N train makes it worse. So as you standing for a good 5 – 7 minutes waiting for your coffee you can hear your train rumble into the station underneath. It’s filthy & the Taco Bell that is connected next door has been shut down for the past 6 years, which makes me think it must be infested with rats or something is up. My point — its skeezy. Pro– it’s the only dunkin donuts on the way to the train.

Only use in case of emergency. Gross. This toasted everything & cream cheese bagel tasted more bland than usual and strangely… bitter?(Old cream cheese? CHILL.) Drowning each bite in coffee didn’t work, so I threw it out.(I usually finish everything out of spite.) Pros: open 24/7, quality of coffee depends on whose on shift(sometimes it hits the spot), close to subway, on a major commercial street. Cons: when it sucks, it really fkng sucks. This is Bensonhurst, homie. You’re lucky the really good bagel spot is too far of a walk when I’m rushing.

Too busy for their own good. When it’s slow in here they’re on point. On the other hand quite the opposite when it’s busy? Sorry guys

The doughnuts are fresh and the coffees is good. The service is like any other normal fast food chain. If you need cheap and acceptable coffee, it’s still better than the cream and sugar filled starbucks.

This being my home base DD, I’m a frequenter, being a coffee addict. However, it doesn’t necessarily mean that I will in fact stop there, as there is another DD with a Baskin-Robbins 7 blocks further. I do happen to have a couple of «friends» working there, people you see everyday, who know your order, and know what they’re doing. However, this is few and far between, as workers at this store change faster than anything I have ever seen. The owners of this particular DD show absolutely no care towards the establishment, nor towards its customers, as you’d be hard pressed to ever find the donut you really want there, at any time. Smiles and being cordial aside, the coffee is never consistent, I feel as if they change the recipe with every worker. There are some times when I walk by, see someone and will go in because they make a «good» coffee, and theres other times where I will just keep on walking. I would think its not hard to run and keep an established DD, if there was any type of care provided to what is being served. This place isnt bad for what it is, but if you have another option, IE the DD on the later blocks, I’d walk the extra couple of blocks.

This place is so dirty it is unbelievable, not only the outside but inside as well. I bought a cup of coffee last week, the person waiting on me took an old pot poured the remainder in my cup and then poured from a different pot. My result was a not even hot horrible tastecheap excuse for a cup of coffee. I will never go to this DD again.

This DD has a Taco Bell connected to it, but for some reason it has been closed for years but not been torn down/replaced. The TB made this DD better, but the store is still solid with decent service. Also decent amount of seating.

If you want an inferior cup of coffee or a depressing experience, might I suggest coming here? I used to come here when I was in 11th grade because it was cool to sip coffee after school without the knowledge to appreciate the fact that it was utter shit. Unfortunately, after an emergency stop here a few weeks ago, it appears that the place hasn’t been cleaned since I was in 11th grade. The clientele has an interesting assortment of people, as in Mr. Ripley’s Believe it Or Not interesting. The employees there are so so depressing in their dingy unkempt uniforms. I genuinely wish they’d cheer up, but I gather that what they’re sipping isn’t so much a stimulant as a tranquilizer.

It’s your friendly neighborhood Dunkin Donuts. For the most part, Dunkin Donuts have been tied to a lot of great memories in my life. A lot of them happen to be this one. I myself do not like coffee(weird, I know), but I do get in the mood for a donut every now and then. Did you know that donuts are bad for you?(who knew), but with that being said, we all do things that are bad for you, so me, knowing that it is bad for me, still go get that strawberry glazed donut every season, and every season it still puts that big smile on my face. There is seating in this location, but I’ve never ever seen it full. Most people go here to get a bite to eat or pick up some food before running full speed ahead into the train station. I’ve had some life changing talks at the DD, and for that I give it my A-OK approval.

I have a big soft spot in my heart for Dunkin Donuts. Growing up in rural Massachusetts the local Dunkies was often the only place open past 9pm. This Dunkin Donuts gets my fan-dom for 2 reasons. 1. Direct across from the subway — perfect for a morning coffee(or hangover-curing breakfast sandwich) before your commute 2. Last Friday it snowed unexpectedly and I came inside absolutely dripping and with my glasses fogging up. The lady behind the counter just chuckled and handed me a couple napkins. It was the sort of nice neighborly gesture that made me forget I was in a chain fast-food place.

I thought this was one of the nicer DDs that I have been to. The service was friendly and quick. I walked in and I was immediately hit with the smell of fresh coffee. And there was plently of seats for me while I waited for my friend to drink my coffee.
