Smooth Endings specializes in Laser hair removal through the use of a medical-​class Alexandrite Laser.

Donna is highly trained in her field, with 15 years of experience and countless certificates of higher education to prove her commitment to excellence. Her initial training, although not mandated by the State of New York, was at one of the world’s most prestigious schools. Because she ranked top in her class, Donna was granted the rare honor of being permitted to work immediately in the school’s clinic.

My extensive client base became increasingly frustrated with excessive facial hair, or annoyed at the amount of time they spent shaving their body hair on a regular basis. Determined to find a permanent solution for my clients, I conducted extensive research on laser hair removal, including application techniques, side effects, long-​term studies, and contraindications.

After a year of exhaustive investigation, I was convinced that laser hair removal would provide everything that my clients asked for – in a safe environment. In 2000, I introduced laser hair removal to my clients and they were thrilled.

I have a 34-​year background in the medical and aesthetic field. My initial business focused mainly on hair coloring and cutting, as well as makeup application for enhancement and correction. The many years I committed to the cosmetology profession laid the foundation for my next two ventures. I then became trained and certified in skin anatomy and care in order to provide my clients microdermabrasion, chemical peels and lymphatic drainage; these are vital services for my clients who are seeking effective skin rejuvenation solutions. Fifteen years ago, I attended one of the country’s highest accredited schools for training and certification as a Laser Specialist on many medical-​class lasers used for vein, hair, and hyper pigmentation removal. I have been accredited by the ASLMS and Allied Nursing. Over the years, I have attended many prestigious conferences on advances in laser hair removal.
