History

Established in 2014.

Amanda has been working in the field of education for over 9 years. While working as an independent contractor for preschool age birth– 5 years old throughout New York City in both public and private schools as well as in the home, I realized the need for support that many parents and children were not receiving because they did not qualify for services through NY state which is when Sky Blue Learning was created. The success of my students was rewarding and in turn gave me the motivation to start my own practice.

Amanda is a licensed teacher in NY and NH. She has been in the field of special education for over the last 9 years with experience working with children with Learning Difficulties, Autism, Behavioral challenges, PDD, ADD, ADHD, Sensory Processing regulation and impulse control. Amanda is a gifted and talented Early Childhood Specialist who is passionate about providing 1:1 services to children and parents to reach their maximum potential.
