Just got off the phone with this company. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. Honestly she did not sound like she wanted to provide service. I don’t even recommend calling.

A friend of mine recommended this service to me when I first moved to New York. The team that cleans my apartment is very nice, neat and fast. I am able to have a cleaning scheduled within a day or two, the manager calls to confirm and they are never late. Added benefit is that I have stopped buying the pricey green products like I used to because they bring their own set of everything. Friendly staff — always play with my dog and bring her treats. I would recommend.

I found Mopfrog on Unilocal when I was looking for a service to clean my apartment before I moved in. Victoria was great and very honest as she created my estimate. The clean was reasonably/​fairly priced for an eco-​friendly, one-​time, move-​in clean. Mopfrog was not the cheapest estimate I got, but Victoria was so clear about what the service included, and so friendly, I decided to go with them hands down. We spoke on the phone a couple of times and texted to confirm things like location, date, and time.
When I arrived at my new apartment on move-​in day, everything looked beautiful, smelled fresh, and most importantly, was free of the post-​renovation dust and dirt that had been there before.
I would definitely recommend Mopfrog to someone looking for a move-​in clean!

I was looking for an eco-​friendly cleaning service in Brooklyn and came across this Mopfrog location. Ever since Mopfrog has started cleaning my 3-​bedroom home, my family and I have never felt better about coming home. Our team of 2 cleaning techs are very friendly, easy-​going and even get along with the kids in the house. They come to our home on a weekly basis and bring all of their own eco-​friendly cleaning solutions, vacuums, microfibers, not using any of our regular cleaning products — sounds like a good deal to us.
Before Mopfrog, I used the services of a woman that my friends have recommended but the level of detail that these guys go into can’t compare to what we were getting in the past. These guys go into every nook & cranny, every corner, ever window sill, every corner of our usually dirty kitchen.
They leave the house clean, inviting and our crowded family can actually enjoy it, instead of trying to clean it.
I’ve recommended the service to all of my friends that live in Park Slope, Dumbo and Midwood and they are all happy.
Definitely recommend.
