GoLocker

So grateful for that service.
I love GoLocker. Not only my packages recieved at 4 are always ready for pickup when I’m leaving the office at 6 but the guys working there are amazingly friendly and helpful.
Plus, it’s pretty cheap (for a e-​shopaholic like me).

After two years of dealing with a PO Box, I wish I’d signed up for GoLocker sooner. The bodega where the locker is located is two blocks from my apartment and the service has been very reliable. Also, the boxes aren’t mangled like they are when I get them at the Post Office. Today I had a problem (caused by my own stupidity, I didn’t realize that two parcels were in the same box and removed only one,) called the number on the screen, got a human within two minutes, and he did a remote session with the locker to open the box for me.

GoLocker has made my life SO much easier! I can’t have packages delivered to my building without them getting taken or rained on, and if I have them delivered to work, I have to drag them home on the subway at rush hour. With GoLocker, I can be 100% sure that I’ll get my package, and can carry it home myself because the location is only a few blocks away. For a couple bucks extra, they will deliver oversize packages directly to your home, which has been super helpful. They send a text when your package is ready to be picked up, and another to remind you if the time window for picking it up is closing, which is great. Customer service is also excellent. Can’t say enough good things about this company — if you can’t get packages at your home, this is the perfect solution.

GoLocker is a complete godsend; I’ve lived in my area for more than 10 years and have suffered through terrible service at my local P.O. and, shockingly, an even worse private mailbox type of company on South Elliot. Then along comes GoLocker and every horrible experience I had seemed like a distant memory.
The GoLocker location near me is just blocks away; reserving a spot takes less than a minute and I can drop off my shipment, all in under 10 minutes. Best of all, I don’t have to deal with any attitude.
Speaking of, the GoLocker service couldn’t be better. Nigel, one of the founders, gave me his number and said I could call with any problems I encounter with the service. He’s even personally delivered packages that wouldn’t fit in the GoLocker. Now THAT’S customer service.

If you’re constantly worried about delivery men not getting into your apt building to deliver packages, then this is your solution! All my packages go to these guys, and they then deliver it to a pickup locker right around the corner from my place (open 24hours!!). Really like the monthly fee model (vs pay per package) and it’s affordable. Service is quick, and I’ve always gotten my packages delivered to the locker same day.

I never post reviews, but I LOVE this company. This service has greatly improved my quality of life. I love being able to get packages anytime and pick them up at my own convenience. It is soooooooooo much better than the post office/​UPS or any other store. The management team is super helpful too. I had a scheduling problem and hadn’t picked up my package for a long time, but they made sure that it was still there (unlike the post office who returned it to sender). Love this company!!! The email updates and tracking information is fantastic. It’s affordable! and its easy to use… seriously perfect for young professionals.

It’s the «what if’s» that had me concerned when I moved out of a doorman building in midtown into a brownstone in Fort Greene and GoLocker answered my biggest one. I have a lot of packages delivered constantly and I didnt want them sitting in front of the house unsecured. My first weekend getting to know the neighborhood I met the guys from GoLocker. Very helpful and they solved my worries. I pickup from the boxes near me at a bodega and it’s a pleasure. Any issue I’ve had with oversized boxes or forgetting my account info, they were there. I highly recommend this service!

Why didn’t I think of this? Moving from a full service building to a brownstone, I was stressed about how to securely receive packages but go locker completely solved the problem. These modern, sleek locker systems are located all over –mine is down the block at the corner bodega. I just ship packages to the designated address they provide and I get an email when it is received at the warehouse and then when it is available for retrieval at my GoLocker location. I retrieve it when it is convenient for me versus being stuck at home hoping to catch some delivery guy. If a package is too big to fit in one of the variously sized lockers they deliver it to my door at a mutually convenient time! There are several package options in terms of price but its not expensive so there is really no downside. Being able to order stuff for my new place in this way made my move much so much smoother than anticipated. Cannot say enough good things about this company!
