dropped a package off on the 24th to ship via ups ground. it’s the 28th and i just tracked my package… hasn’t even been picked up by ups yet. the info says they just created the shipping label and processed it today. this is my first time shipping with them, will not be back.
going into the shop tomorrow to try to straighten this out.

Great service, so much better than going to the post office. They ship UPS, FedEx and USPS. Super helpful staff. FYI — They are closed on Saturdays but open Sunday. They have boxes and shipping supplies there if you need to buy them.

BE WARNED! I sent an iPad using them and it was never delivered. I contacted USPS, filed a claim and they said my package was never sent. They are THIEVES! If I could give them a negative 10 rating, I would.

A shipping store should operate with a sense of urgency. This store is slow and expensive. You will be hard pressed to get anything accomplished here. The man working the desk gets frustrated at you for asking questions and then charges you $ 3 to send a fax.

I have been going to this home-​grown version of Kinkos for years. They’ve always been very nice to me and their prices are competitive or lower than the chain stores’. I really appreciate that this place is here.
