I had a great overall experience getting some body damage repaired on my ’86 3 series. Mike and Frank at Park West gave me the best quote out of 5 other shops in the area and got the work done timely without cutting any corners. Because it was a hit and run I was coming out of pocket and Mike definitely understood that. I was okay with just getting the car fixed for cheap and didn’t want to shell out a bunch for fixing up my daily driver.
After all was said and done I couldn’t be happier. On top of a great job the complimentary clean and polish was a warm surprise.
When I pulled into the gas station after picking my car up from Park West I got a compliment from a random passerby on how clean my car looked.
Car accidents suck, especially in the case of hit and runs. I’ll be sure to take all of my car repair needs back to Park West as a result. I’m convinced they’re one of the better if not the best repair shop on that strip of Union St.

I’ve gone to them for body work estimates in the past and they seemed fair and knowledgable, but ultimately I never had the work done since I park on the street… Today they helped me out of a major bind when the hood latch mechanism of my 2002 Audi jammed while I was trying to change a blinker bulb.
Chris, (who’s retired FDNY and a super nice guy) and his tech were more than happy to help me on the spot and did an amazing job delicately disassembling the grill in order to get at the hood latch mechanism and dissemble that in a manor not unlike defusing a bomb. If you’ve ever worked on an Audi, you know ridiculously difficult this type of thing is. They then cleaned out the corrosion that caused the jam, diagnosed the burned out bulb as a bad contact, fixed that, and put everything back together as if it never happened.
On top of that, Chris quoted me a ridiculously low price for the work, I insisted on giving him and his tech a nice tip for the headache and repair bills they saved me had I tried to do it myself, or worse took the car to a less skilled body shop.
I’d give them my business again for sure.
