Established in 2013.

My name is Chris Galeano, and I have a passion for making delicious banana bread. I started making banana bread over a year ago, but just recently decided to start my own business focusing on just banana bread while experimenting with many different ingredients to create innovative flavors such as: Crack the CooCoo Over Coco (a) (Banana bread with dark chocolate, white chocolate, walnuts and coconut flake) s or Nuts About Dulce (banana bread with dulce de leche, almonds and pecans). Many more flavors to come, and suggestions are always welcome!
