I loves Michaels in general. I have been here a couple times before. This location is ok too but… this time I was shocked to see that you have to pay .25 in order to use their shopping carts? What’s up with that??? Isn’t purchading their merchandise good enough? There’s 2 types of shipping carts to use… at least there used to be… the one with the wheels, they pulled the handles out so you can’t use those for convenience… I don’t know what to say… I’m just shocked… They’re lucky I like it here just because it’s a big craft store And like many others said, the service is really slow here

Drove 30 minutes in traffic on the belt parkway for pure disappointment. Items were poorly organized and selection was scarce. I was looking for party decorations for a baby shower and staff was clueless where items were located. We managed to get 2 items. At the cashier, employees are busy talking about catching the bus home and munching on snacks than interacting with the customers. I will not return.

The customer service sucks! For a craft store the employees are not very helpful at all. I asked for my item if they had it in stock and instead of looking or checking was told what’s out is what we have. But it took another customer to look for me across the store to say miss I think I see what your looking for in the over head bins. Ok so I go back to the isle and the annoyed employee proceeded to fill the shelf instead of handing me the items. Rude, not helpful at all. Customer service training is needed asap for this store. I didn’t want to give them one star smh

Everyone is so rude. Starting with that horrible manager. The lines are way too long and you end up Spending longer waiting in line than the actual shopping. I won’t be coming back.

Came here one day, just to get supplies for a DIY project but had a complete change of heart as soon as we saw the custom framing department, my husband and I looked around and bumped into an employee by the name of Dolores, she was such a joy and after providing us with all her knowledge on frames and custom mounts, we ended up purchasing a custom frame and mount for our 1 yr old wedding photo. Thank you Dolores, you were beyond amazing and a complete pleasure to work with. So happy with the end of the result of the frame and custom mount.

I love this location because I don’t have to travel to Queens. Everything that I needed to purchase I was able to find it. There was only one item that I couldn’t find but that was only because Michaels didn’t carry that item in stock. The store was well stocked and clean. What I love about Michaels is that they offer sales and coupon specials like 40% off a regular priced item. They also have public restrooms for customers.

Ok so this Michael’s sucks! It’s either you’re in line forever with two cashiers open and the other three employees on on the floor(who you either can’t find or have no clue) or you’re in line forever with two cashiers and no employees on the floor. Either way you’re in line forever. Their inventory sucks…

This Michaels sucks. It’s a bit messy and disorganized, and VERY poorly stocked. I posted a bunch of pics to show many half-empty displays. I’d say if you’re looking for something in particular, finding it here would be hit-or-miss.

I love Michaels, period! There is hardly one I don’t like. I can always find something on clearance to add to my arts & crafts supplies collection. Today I found their Raw line 70% off(my kind of sale). This included cork ribbons and wooden mini spools. I can’t wait to use them on an craft project!

Finally a Michaels in Brooklyn! It’s convenient to get to and has a huge parking lot with a lot of other good stores nearby, like Target and Bed Bath. This Michael’s was big and pretty organized. Seemed pretty stocked when I went. I found what I was looking for. It already had a lot of Christmas stuff out too in October. Workers were helpful when I asked.
