Max enjoys meeting with customers and coming up with innovative solutions to meet their needs. His friendly disposition and can-​do attitude is evident in all day-​to-​day operations. Whenever he has free time, Max can be found hunting or fishing, playing fast-​pitch softball and spending time with his wife and three children.
