Let ‘Em In Music is a recording studio in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. It is open to musicians, engineers, and producers alike.
With its large live room (450 sq. ft. and 13′ ceilings), a comfortable light-filled control room (22’x15), and an iso booth big enough for a drum set (8.5’x6’), the studio easily accommodates bands and ensembles of up to 14 people.
History
Established in 2009.
Producer Nadim Issa opened Let ‘Em In Music in 2009 with the main goal of creating a spacious yet intimate setting, one that would fully lend itself to hanging out and crafting sounds in comfort.
Nadim has produced recordings for Lady Lamb the Beekeper, Pearl and the Beard, Sophie Madeleine, Simone Stevens, Ryan Schmidt, Mancino, and Obvious Children. As an engineer he has recorded countless bands and artists, including the likes of Sharon Van Etten, Ingrid Michaelson, Olafur Arnalds, Peace, Dinowalrus, Sean Bones, Worry the Worm, The EON Contemporary Orchestra, Dinosaur Feathers, Julie Doiron, Alina Simone, Soft Black, Will Stratton, The Ludlow Thieves…
