KKS is a music rehearsal facility located conveniently in Gowanus, Brooklyn, directly between the F/​G/​R trains at 4^th Ave and the F/​G trains at Smith/​9^th St.

We offer large rooms with ample sound reinforcement, high ceilings to afford you tons of in-​room storage options, heat & A/​C in every room, a member lobby with stereo, WiFi, and a stage, a roll-​down garage for safely loading gear, & a lift for bringing your gear straight up to your room.

We’ve made a place that extends beyond practice: we encourage members to interact and collaborate, and because of that have achieved a communally creative atmosphere that other studios don’t often offer.

Serious bands need a space that feels like an extension of home in order to feel comfortable and creative; with a thriving musical community unlike anything in the 5 boroughs, this is what we offer.

Established in 2008.

King Killer Studios is a music rehearsal facility with a friendly and creative atmosphere, located conveniently in Gowanus, Brooklyn, directly between the M/​R trains at 4^th Ave and the F/​G trains at Smith/​9^th St.

Monthly rents range anywhere from $ 395 for a shared room to $ 1250 for a large lockout room. King Killer DOES NOT currently offer hourly practice space.

We offer a multitude of amenities at no extra cost:

— Oversized rooms with ample sound reinforcement

— 12′ ceilings create tons of in-​room storage options

— Heat & A/​C in every room

— Member lobby with stereo, TV/​DVD player, and WiFi

— Roll-​down garage for secure loading and unloading of equipment
