Kevin’s Kitchen

The food is fine. They make really good wonton soup. The dumplings are hit-​or-​miss. It’s pretty standard Chinese take-​out.
I’ve never actually been inside, this is just my choice for delivery, which I highly recommend because, as the previous reviewer mentioned, the one-​armed man is AMAZING. I’m happy to learn he cooks there too, but it’s endlessly impressive that he delivers the food. ON A SCOOTER. He carries in the bags on his shoulder. And he’s so nice and happy. I love this dude. Kevin’s Kitchen would have gotten three stars, but my one-​armed friend gets a star for himself. I wonder if he’s «Kevin»…
ETA (4÷23÷08): They changed some things over here, and now it’s not very good. Somehow it’s an internet café or something. The last couple of times I tried, they said they were «out of» or «did not have that anymore» to a lot of simple things, like dumplings. So, screw it, there’s better cheap Chinese around, and the more authentic stuff on 8^th Ave. Skip this mess.

Im impressed. A man with one arm cooks the food. All of it. Everytime i’ve been in here to pick up my foods he’s cookin it. He even delivers it sometimes too.
The place is kinda dirty but what chinese take out places don’t have that gross look?
The food is excellent.
Best spring rolls in a 3 block radius!
