Kennedy Fried Chicken

idk what happen to this place. this was my first time ordering from here in over a year and i was disappointed. delivery guy was nice. cheese fries was good but the 6pcs mixed chicken was horrible, small pieces and oily. so i guess i found out y it took me over a year to order from them again.

Very rude service, and they always get your order wrong. I just called asking about a price and the owner’s response was «DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE». Why would you say that to a paying customer, especially if you are about to order. Avoid eating from here if you can.

My husband was very happy when this place opened up; he and his cousins go here a lot when they hang out late at night. The fried chicken is very greasy; it’s just too oily. At first, their gyro’s and chicken and rich dishes were great; however, they’ve changed cooks so many times everyone makes the food differently. Lately, it seems like the chicken for the gyros and rice dishes doesn’t have much flavor, you need to pile on the white and hot sauces. They don’t even give out extra hot sauce, they give out Chinese takeout hot sauces. They philly cheese steaks are delicious, I’m sure it’s probably steak-​um but it’s really good. There fries are addictive but also very greasy. I’ve heard their milkshakes are very good but I’ve never tried them myself.
Be prepared for a long wait on a Friday or Saturday night, it seems everyone orders from here for a cheap late night snack. Also be prepared to have your order most likely forgotten because so many orders are being placed.
***Update: Don’t plan to ever go here again, the girl that works there is very rude and needs to learn how to talk to customers. Food has changed also, they have so many different cooks; only one guys’ food tastes the best.***

The service is always great here. And for very cheap you can get some great tasting chicken and French fries. Adds variety to another wise limited choice of take out in this area.

These 4 stars are based on the fact that you know what you’re getting into with this place…’cause let’s get serious, this is a fast food joint that came from the ‘hood, and that serves the ‘hood.
All that being said, Kennedy Fried Chicken is a-​ok in my book. Great selection of your feel good favorites and better quality than one would expect from a place that has more pictures on the menu than it has text.
Burgers…surprisingly good. Cheese covered potato wedges… awesome. And just about everything else… pretty darn good.

I was quite excited to see a new fried chicken spot appearing in the neighborhood. I love fried chicken and had high hopes for this specialty fried chicken place. I went to pick up some and it came in a white box. Fries were decent but more importantly the fried chicken was a disappointment. Skin was very good and crispy but it was very dry and the wings were tiny. Oh wells, I’ll stick to KFC for now.
Looking at the menu, they have more than just fried chicken. There’s salad, sandwiches, burgers, mac cheese, mash potato, halal food, and they carry Breyers ice cream. The average price for a meal is around $ 5. Sounds pretty good huh? Maybe we’ll give it another try some other day. Another great thing is that it opens late Fri. & Sat. until 3am, other days until 2am.
