Steve the owner personally came and treated my entire house for termites. He was professional, courteous and more important very reliable. Any questions that I had along the process or thereafter, he was always reachable. The job was well executed and I have not seen any termites since. I would highly recommend his services for anyone looking for a trusted, knowledgable exterminator.

Steve is an absolute GOD SEND! Last year when I 1^st moved into my apartment I found Steve through a google search after calling many other exterminators who wanted no part of taking care of mouse proofing my place after I found a dead mouse in my living room. Steve did not disappoint, he was so helpful, informative & prompt. He made sure to mouse proof my place top to bottom. I even referred him to my family members who wanted to do the same thing before bringing in their new born baby. They also had nothing but good things to say about Steve and his crew. They even went as far a referring him to other friends as well.
I reached out to him recently because of some scurrying I heard at night, and low and behold a mouse from outside found its way into my place from me leaving my door open often for fresh air many times. I live on the ground floor so it was easy for it to sneak in. Steve once again wasted no time in coming to my rescue to see what was up. After Steve’s visit, the invader was caught. Guardian Pest Solutions is a great company! After Hurricane Sandy we needed alot of help with our home. Despite how busy he was Steve made the time to come and help us. Usually in the springtime we get hornets nests and some beehives he does a fantastic job of alleviating the problem, which is important because we have small children who like to play in the yard.
Last year we had a mosquito problem in our back yard and he brought his team and did a fantastic job of clearing the issue, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right because it was a tricky situation. We have not had any problems since!
Steve and Vinny are both very hands on. We have recommended them to many friends and neighbors, and they have alll been very happy with his service! I called guardian one morning when I found a bed bug on my sofa! I reached Steve the owner who actually came out the same day! He didn’t come out with any spray or major equipment just a light and electronic magnify glass! (First warning once you see one get a treatment) He was very friendly and assuring came in laid his coat and brief case on my sofa like an old friend would (second warning never let an exterminator place anything on fabric services in your home.) went through my entire apartment from top to bottom and then explained I brought home a hitchhiker and that was the only bug he found nothing to worry about! ($ 65) he caught the bug and put it in a plastic zippy bag! I asked why didn’t he kill it and he explained he would use it to train his dogs to catch bed bugs! (There was no dog when he came 3^rd warning) 3 days later I found more bed bugs (He ask if I could use a paper towel and put them in a zipper bag so he could tell the sex of each one. (Fourth warning, bed bugs don’t need a mate to reproduce) and he came back ($ 250) this time with spray a vacuum and an assistant Terron. They vacuumed and sprayed every inch of my home and were distractingly chatty the entire process! Later during my home cleaning and washing process I found the zipper bag I provided him with under my bed opened with the paper towel on my floor! When I called to inquire about what I found he said he took the bugs in his brief case after inspecting them (why take them out the bag?! He never said he put them in another bag! Was it the same briefcase he had put on my sofa 3 days prior? Warning 5) he promised I had the guardian guarantee and that he’d be back in 1 week for follow up! Needless to say he has not retuned and yes I was bit again (3 bites in a line/​trail that itch and burn)
