Doron and his Team did it again!
As an Interior Decorator in NYC, I often need home video and beyond systems for my projects… Doron from ExpertTech is the only one I work with.

Midway through a gut renovation in Brooklyn, I called ExpertTech to see if they could help me to figure out my AV situation. They have since done an amazing job with my sound system, TVs, infrared, intercom system, setup for a future security system, and electrical work that my previous electrician couldn’t figure out.
Doron and Joshua are knowledgeable, professional, and great at what they do. Most of all, they are friendly, honest, and will go the extra mile to help you figure out how to optimize your setup.

Doron is a genius! I was really apprehensive about getting my tv installed with all wires running into the wall as this job just seemed messy, laborious, and expensive. After receiving many quotes from different companies, I didn’t just choose ExpertTech because it was the best value; I chose it because Doron is genuinely talented and knowledgeable and I liked his style.
They took the longest to explain how it worked (and were most patient because I don’t understand these tech-​related things), and they even helped us with non-​tv related internet issues.
They cleaned up after themselves and were in great humor throughout the entire process (which was not easy, drilling into walls and connecting wires doesn’t seem like fun).
The best part — A few weeks afterwards, we made a mistake and broke one of our wires, we called Doron at night, he stayed with us on the phone to help us fix it, then called over the next day when we couldn’t fix it.
This service went beyond what we paid for and expected, and the thoroughness of the service I will not forget. I wholeheartedly will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We just had an incredible experience with Doron and ExpertTech. He was on time for our first meeting. He explained everything very clearly — his suggestions, reasoning, timing, and pricing. He came and did exactly what he said he would do exactly how he said he would do it. His is a turn-​key operation — he took care of everything, including drywall and painting. (He even fixed up some drywall that had needed patching for a long time!) At the end, he spent a lot of time explaining to each member of our family how everything works. And he clearly loves his work — he got so excited when he saw how perfect the job was and how happy we were.

As most people are weary about contacting an expert tech for a job because they don’t know cost, or they feel like they will be cheated out, this company will not do that. The most honest, trustworthy people you will meet with reasonable prices too! They have the most advanced technology and truly work hard to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
