I felt so funny walking into a place it’s all pink very feminine– long story short I had the courage to walk in and met Elsa she was amazing! I’ve never gotten this sort of treatment or service at any other salon. hands down she the best my cuticles are not easy to work on always dry but she made them look nicer and made me feel way better showing my finger I could really say she’s miracle worker.

Another great experience at the Smith St Dashing Diva. These are such talented women. Natalie did my nails this evening and she is very thorough.

Amazing Service ! Extremely Clean! Really great polish ! 15 dollars for a mani, but it’s worth it.

Don’t bother to come in. «we can’t do it because it takes two hours.» What kind of business is this?

I love how sanitary Dashing Divas is! I can’t even begin to explain how excited I was to see an autoclave!!! This is the first nail salon in which I have actually seen one and it makes me feel immensely more comfortable knowing that they are trimming my cuticles with a sterile instrument. I also appreciate that the technician washes her hands before beginning and they do not reuse nail files etc. They have an extensive selection of nail polish colors and did a great job with my manicure. Overall, a great experience! I have no problem spending more money for my manicure knowing that they take the extra steps necessary in order to ensure cleanliness.

Went to get a manicure at 8.15 pm. Closed, even though the sign on the door says open until 9.00. COMEON, GUYS.

Probably my go to place in the neighborhood. It’s always crowded but you rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. The manicures are always good quality and last long. Also they provide cosmos on Friday evenings to help start your weekend!

Love dashing diva. It’s clean and they add unique touches such as picking out an essential oil to go with your hand massage during the manicure or on Fridays they serve wine(yay). Service is average, there aren’t any wow factors but the services are great considering they reflect the pricing very well. The ambience is girly & pink, and they have a great tea selection. The staff is friendly and have always been helpful with my color selection on my nails.

I go here every other week for a gel manicure and occasional pedicures, and I have never been disappointed. When I go to other salons I’m reminded of how dependable this one is. I prefer this location to other Dashing Diva locations(like the one on Montague Street, which is dingy and does not have the superior OPI brand gel). Dashing Diva is not luxurious, but the place is clean and efficient, and I walk out feeling like I’ve been pampered. I like that they sterilize their tools and use mostly single-use files. Most of the technicians are really nice, and there doesn’t seem to be much turnover.

Let me start off by saying that when I walked into this specific location, i had an awful experience at a completely different salon getting gels 5 days prior. My nails were filed down so thin, they were breaking and actually in pain. The salon I went to before Dashing Diva told me to put CRAZYGLUE on whatever nails broke. WHAT?! That’s a health hazard! I had 2 broken nails, they were ALL bending, and they just looked awful. They took my in and honest to God, performed a miracle on my nails. It took 2 hours, but they mended my broken nails, made sure every single nail was to my liking and clipped away the cuticles SO meticulously, unlike the place I went to prior. I had Beth, she was SO incredibly patient and thorough, I couldn’t believe the attention to detail she had with my nails. Two things that wildly impressed me during my time with Beth at her station: 1. She actually educated me on gels, and nails in general. Which was actually really nice because it’s comforting to know exactly what you’re paying for. 2. She put SUNSCREEN on my hands before I put my hands under the LED’s. That was so incredibly thoughtful to me, I think I actually let out a huge sigh of relief when she took the sunscreen out. THEYCARE! This particular location, I swear, has the best techs. I used to go to a different Dashing Diva location, had a bad tech and went elsewhere. Clearly, I regret it. But it’s nice to know that there’s an amazing place to get my nails done. Beth performed a miracle today(literally). I highly recommend her, and this location. THANKYOUDASHINGDIVA!

Came in and was treated very rudely by all staff. There was one person being taken care of this morning. I came in for just a pedicure. A lady behind the front counter was talking with another technician and I had to say hello to her before she bothered to tell me that I couldn’t be helped until 11:15. I came in at 10:15 and there was only ONEPERSON being helped. What. She asked for my name and number but I told her no thanks and left.

They do an ok job and the color selection is crazy good. They also have the latest nail products and techniques but c’mon the prices are outrageous, is good for little girls becuase is all pink. Again they charge almost the same price for girls too.

This a great nail salon. I had a pedicure and they did an amazing job, everything is very clean(sterilized equipment, personal file kit) so I felt very safe. Kabi gave me great and friendly service. It is pricey(35 for pedicure) but you get your money’s worth will full spa service, exfoliation and foot massage.

Don’t go here!!! I just moved here and was specific about not reshaping and making my eyebrows too thin. I just needed them cleaned up and cut. The woman said she knew exactly what she was doing and she ruined them. I am waiting on my order of Lilash to get here so I can speed up the process of my eyebrows growing back! Needless to say I will not be trying any other service here

I’ve been going here for 3 years and they are consistently good, from mani/pedis to waxing to massages. They sanitize all the utensils and everything comes in a sterile pouch like at the dentist, and the pedicures are done in sinks built into the floor, so you don’t get the backwash like in those nasty vibrating chairs in other places. Today I had the best manicure ever and I have to mention Sandra because she spent a lot of time making sure it was perfect.

We made an appointment for four of us to get mani-pedis the day before a wedding. Given that we called in advance and they said they could accommodate us, I was pretty disappointed that by the time the last of us got started, the first of us was almost finished. Otherwise, the service was good. We picked this place because it was clean — sterile and/or new tools for each of us. It’s been almost two weeks and my pedi still looks great. Nail polish never lasts on me — I think it was peeling by about day 5 but that’s about as long as I’ve ever managed to keep an intact manicure so I don’t hold that against them.

A nice, clean and cute place to get your nails done in Cobble Hill. But it’s certainly pricier than most. For $ 37 you get a basic pedicure that lasts about 45 minutes. They did a great job, certainly better than the typical Brooklyn hole-in-the-walls. Would recommend if money isn’t a barrier!

Less than 24 hours later and the polish on 8 out my 10 nails has already started chipping, bad. No thanks.

I decided to wait a day to write this before I wrote a review for dashing diva. Let me start with the positives. The location was pretty clean with easy metered parking. I went on a Tuesday at about 6:00 pm and it was pretty empty but still had to wait about ten minutes for a technician. The atmosphere was nice, I was asked if I would like water or tea, but it was a tad dingy looking. Not dirty by any means but just… used. My pedicure was just ok, wasn’t something to right home about. It was a standard soak/file/cuticle/light scrub/two second massage. What I did like was that I was giving a choice of four different scents to incorporate into my massage. Polish was put on well. My manicure was pretty much the same as pedi, same flow and same sort of indifferent experience. Now, with all that said for such a blah experience the price($ 45 plus tax plus whatever tip you give) is the closest thing I have experienced to highway robbery. I would understand paying this much for a place that makes you feel special or is super clean but not for an experience that is worth $ 20. I can’t say that I wouldn’t come here in a pinch but I will be trying other nail salons in this area.
