The lettuce is always not fresh when ever i go there, I complained several times but i guess no body cares. Other wise everything else is good and employees is friendly.

So I decided to visit this Chipotle location on Friday night around dinner time and after waiting on line for few minutes I was very disappointed. There was no brown rice left, they were just making it, there was also no chicken at all they said wait about 10 minutes for it. If you’re starving do you really want to wait 10 minutes? As it couldn’t get any worse when I asked for guacamole I was told they ran out and that was it! Common sense would suggest you probably will get busy on Friday night and might run out of things quickly but I guess that’s too much to ask for. It’s not like this is a some fancy restaurant and stuff will run out, it’s a chain restaurant with very limited food selection. As I was paying I looked back there was about 13 people in line waiting to get disappointed!

Well my wife decided to try this store and he is what happened. A young lady takes her order theres alot going on it 315pm school is letting out. So the cashier walks away for maybe 10 to 15 seconds. Comes back says she os sorry for the delay and swipes her card and something dont feel right. Suprise Suprise who just skimmed her card so we call the credit card company says yea you just tried to make a 400 dollar purchase. No we didnt. So beware and pay attention to the people you hand you card to. Needless to say the authorities will be involved. Beware. The star is because atleast she liked the food.

I wish I can give less than 1 star. I created a Unilocal account just to write a review about the worst Chipotle in America. I don’t have complaints about the staff but the food is atrocious! Horrible!!! It doesn’t even taste like chipotle. I’ve been to this location 3 times and every time the chicken was BURNT! My very last time visiting this location my chicken was burnt and old! They served me last nights chicken!!! I am so disappointed. They need to be re-trained or closed immediately! If this was my first time eating chipotle I would have never returned.

I could not even eat my burrito before writing this review because I am that upset. For the third time, I ordered online for pick-up and yet again, they forgot about it and had to make it while I waited. Not once have they apologized for the inconvenience and once, I had to walk out because the wait was just too long. What is the point of ordering in advance if they don’t plan to make it or simply forget to make it. Even worse, when I express frustration, they still don’t apologize and act self-important instead. It ends up being an easier process to order in store. At least when I order there, they do not forget half of the contents, I know they are a newly opened branch/franchise but they should train their staff in better customer service and overall execution. Three strikes means you are out!

While I was excited for this to open in our ever-improving neighborhood this location needs to step up its game big time. The staff is woefully under trained and totally inefficient. There are tons of staff behind the counter but they are totally unorganized. To make matters worse, they are rude and disinterested in serving customers. The lines are super long and is all due to the unorganized staff and the fact that it takes way to long to make a burrito. Last night — to make a bad experience even worse– the cashier was more interested in «cashing out» an employee and did not even acknowledge me or the 4 people piled up to pay. This location better step up its game or its not going to last with a neighborhood customer base that demands better service than they are providing. It’s like day and night compared to the great service I get at the new Starbucks right next door.

The ingredients are good quality, but the burritos are always cold and so massive they end up in a completely unsatisfying mush as they disintegrate and fall apart into a unidentifiable mess — like a rat that’s been run over by a truck. Where are the burrito engineers? Best eaten with a shovel. Staff have the usual chain, non caring, approach.

I’ve watched the storefront being renovated and was sad to see the neighborhood has gone the way of Chipotle and Starbucks but figured, since I have to live with the horrible food smells from their roof exhaust(I live across the street) that I give it a whirl. After waiting in a long line I ended up with someone really badly trained to take my order. Took forever to get my food. The portion was average size but the burrito just kind of fell apart really fast. Ate fast and was happy to leave. It’s actually a little depressing inside. Still stuck having to breathe their gross odors but at least I know I’m not missing anything by not eating there especially since they don’t care about fixing the problem with the awful smells. They don’t care about us I don’t care about them. And I make a better burrito.

This place gets one star because less is not allowed. Dirty tables and crappy staff. Wasn’t expecting the four star dining experience but telling the cashier 3 x the order was to stay and watching her bag it anyway was annoying. The cashier was completely distracted putting out the trash rather than attending to customers and she didn’t wash her hands after handling garbage. Don’t visit this Chipotle.

As much as I am horrified by the thought of a Chipotle in Fort Greene I did try it for the novelty and it was pretty sucky even by Chipolte standards… the portions were actually smaller than I have had at other’s and large portions are the only redeeming quality Chipolte’s have. The food was meh, the portion was small, the wait was long I hope they go the way of the McDonalds, KFC and White Castle that defiled the neighborhood in the past… dry up and blow away. Am I being a hater here? yes absolutely, got a problem wit dat?

I actually found the urge to write a review for the only time in Unilocal just to express my extreme distaste for this establishment. This is honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Not only are the lines unbelievably long almost all the time, but even when they’re short they still take atrociously long. Today, one girl stood infront of me and ordering. She had gotten two burritos and that took about ten minutes with the one person working on the line. When I finally got to ordering my burrito, the proportions were so small compared to the numerous other chipotles I’ve been to. I’m talking a quarter cup of rice, and equal that of chicken. There were so little contents of the burrito that the tortilla could be wrapped twice over. Finally, while checking out, the cashier was successfully haggled from a teenage girl to sell her a burrito with guacamole that she had already started eating before she even purchased it for nine dollars. She attempted to use an expired coupon, and once she realized her schemes wouldn’t work, she then tried to pay only eight dollars, then when that wouldn’t work she asked people in the line for a dollar. So she got two burritos for $ 9. Honestly, this chipotle is abysmal. I’d rather pay the 2.75 bus fare to go to the Jay Street chipotle where the workers aren’t incompetent as retarded cumquats.

I’m literally writing this review after being in line 25 minutes. The line wasn’t long at 7:30pm but the speed of the staff is not comparable to other Chipotles I’ve been at. The rating is purely based on this. I expect the food to be like all others and will update after I’ve eaten. Like an another review mentioned, it may be new untrained staff. Let’s hope the 2nd and 3rd impression is better.

Great addition to the neighbourhood! Really hard-working and polite staff! However, I’m assuming the staff are all new and they have obviously not been properly trained. Have been by here a couple of times and I truly feel for the staff each time. The line is extremely long and very slow. Customers get impatient and sometimes rude. This Chipotle needs better training and management so the staff does not have to deal with this stressful work environment and angry customers.

Welcome to the neighborhood! I came on the one-week birthday as one of the happy employees shared with a family behind me in line. The line was not as long as Chipotle’s lines can be, but it moved very slowly. In fact, it crawled along. But I was getting ready to have Chipotle, near my home, so I was patient and happy. Plus, it’s old a week old, so some kinks will need to be worked out.

Order online and pick up! Don’t wait, let others watch you enviously as you pick up your food early. This location is brand new just opened two days ago. They seem well staffed and hard working, and from my observation they are not stingy with their portions. I predict that this location will always be busy as it’s pretty much the only one in the area and it’s right next to Pratt.
