My first time using without checking reviews, lesson learned. The driver tried to over charge again my fault for asking him however he still received the price I was quoted from dispatch. Lol he threatened me he would charge higher the next time, I said one better I wouldn’t call his company again, which I definitely mean. Toooo many taxis companies in NY.

If there was an option to give this service no stars I would. Worst car service. The dispatcher almost always lies to you about the ETA. If they say 5 minutes, be prepared to wait 15 minutes, easily. This review isn’t based on just a one time experience; I gave their service multiple opportunities. I will never be using this service ever again.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Try other car services for just pay the extra money and take an über. At least you’ll know where your car is.

Worst cab company! If you’re going to tell your customer 5 minutes then be there. What’s so damn hard with giving the correct time. After calling back they say 2 minutes and guess what 20 minutes later still no damn cab! Called back and the damn dispatcher tries to change your address like he didn’t hear you correctly 30 minutes ago! This car service SUCKS and they don’t bother to even apologize!!! Really want to give no stars!!!

This is a horrible car service, THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD AND SAY THEY SENT THE CAR AND IT WILL NEVER SHOW UP. I paid already and I was told it would be on time they never showed up and when I called the dispatcher to find out where the car was he said the driver was waiting there for 20 min which he wasn’t because I was standing in front for about a half hour and no one came so called to get refunded because I had to leave, because no one SHOWED! and I had to be on time and because of them I was now 45 min late for the dispatcher to tell me they are not going to refund me because the driver was waiting there and he said I wasn’t there. NEVER USE THIS CAR SERVCE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR WHAT YOU DIDNT USE.

I won’t use this company anymore, they were fast, but they keep changing the price ! Last time they charged me $ 8 to the same place that I just took today, but this time, they are charging me for $ 12 … Plus! The driver was driving horrible!!!

I use to live this car service, unfortunately they keep changing the prices. I use it to go to the same place and depending who you get is a different amount every time. The worse part is the drivers are always on their cell phones.

Today was my first time using this service and they impressed me right off the bat — friendly dispatcher, prompt arrival (less than 5 minutes), friendly driver with good English and excellent driving skills (and knew how to use Waze), clean and comfortable car, good price. Exponentially better than other services in the neighborhood.

Unfortunately we are no longer using this car service. They were becoming unreliable. 5 minutes was turning into 15 minutes. The guy on the phone was giving me one price and the driver another. It was frustrating.
We ended up getting a dog and they were charging us extra for a 4lb dog in a bag.
We found a better service who knows how to respect their clients.

Chico Express has to be the best car service I’ve used in the city, there’s no doubt about it. My car was in the shop for a week for about a month, and to get to work is a very long and inconvenient commute via public transportation, so I called Chico. They told me it would take 15 minutes to get to my house, and they were there almost on the dot, give or take three minutes or so (which is no big deal). They hopped right onto the Belt Parkway to take me to work, and charged me $ 12, which I find very reasonable for a highway trip. They also gave me the same price going back home. Drivers are very nice and personable. My one complaint (if you could even call it that) was that one of the drivers drove pretty fast. I personally don’t mind, in fact I prefer that, but it would’ve been rather inconvenient if he say got pulled over, or worse, got into an accident. All-​in-​all however, I have nothing but good things to say about these guys.

They were once my go to cab but after tonight NEVER AGAIN ! These jerks left me in the middle of Crown Height because of the «neighborhood» after I called for the cab at 130am and they continued to say they were coming «4 min away» up until 230am.

I love these guys and some of their drivers are total accommodating polite gentlemen. It just seems that at first they are fast, then ‘right now as an eta means 5 – 10 mins. For a while I was using them for errands, once I needed just a one stop drop off they were disappointed and service went downhill.
Today my ride was equally great and bad, the cab was chilled to about 55 like a near locker, but reggaeton or salsa meringue was blasting into my hangover addled brain. They get you places fast for a great price and they have genuine honest drivers
