I called to ask approximately how long to get to LaGuardia for my mom to make her 6am flight. The dispatcher suggested a pick up of 3am in case of construction. He took my number and address, read the number back wrong, I gave it to him again, he read it back correctly. 3am, no car, 3:15, no car, only to call and find out he put it in for 3pm. The early am dispatcher apologised and scrambled to get a car from Strictly to pick her up. Crisis averted but was unnecessary. Note to self, have then repeat everything back to me before I hang up!
