Lady didn’t wipe down the area she was going to wax or anything before she started waxing which is fine some place do some places don’t. She left wax in my eyebrows and on my nose. she was in such a rush when no one was there she had wax in place they shouldn’t be like on top of ky nose. I told her kindly I am not a fan of threading and told her if she could wax my eyebrows and lip for me. After she waxed she countied to use threading when I told her I dislike threading. She stopped threading. She went so fast she missed hair. I told her to keep my shape she went thinner. When she said she was done I had to ask for something to get the wax out my eyebrows hair. I also had to ask for tweezers she said she doesn’t know where they are and the other lady had to point them out I had to finish the job. I was trying to be nice and patient. I regret leaving her a tip because my eyebrows and lip where so poorly done. You are working on people’s faces take your time be gentle don’t be in rush don’t be so aggressive. It takes months and even years to keep a shape and I’m so upset because it literally took me three years for my eyebrows to become even again. I simply asked for a clean up. I should of went to regular place instead or trying a new place or did them myself. Again you are working on people’s faces when you rush and mess there eyebrows up you mess there face up.

Forget Anastasia, Saroj is THE eyebrow guru. Well, at least in Downtown Brooklyn she is. I’ve been exclusively getting my brows threaded by Saroj for four years. I have curly eyebrow hair, and she knows exactly how much to thread and trim so my brows are defined and thick. After years of tweezing, Saroj restored my brows back to their former glory after I thought it was hopeless.

They made my first eyebrow threading a pleasant experience. Paulina did my eyebrows and constantly stopped to make sure she was doing what I wanted. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because my face broke out a few hours after. If I ever thread my eyebrows again, I’ll consider this returning to this salon.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more raving reviews … it’s always packed! If I can help it, I only go to Saroj for my eyebrows. No, it’s not cushy; there’s no pampering. Considering I’ve been coming here for maybe 8 years and know my lady by name, it would be nice if there was more of that familiarity, the«where everybody knows your name» feel. But she knows my eyebrows, never argues with me, and 98% of the time I’m completely satisfied. Plus it’s pretty cheap. So really, there’s not much to complain about.

This place has become dreadful. The ladies that work here are inconsiderate and clearly only trying to get your money. They increased their eyebrow prices and expect to still get a $ 2 tip. They constantly badmouth people that don’t give that kind of tip when they walk out. Also, when I got my eyebrows done I told them I was trying to grow them thicker and they pulled all the hair I had grown and then also made them uneven and I had to spend time to fix them when I got home. I could have done my own eyebrows if I had wanted to, but I wanted them to shape them for me but it wasn’t worth it.
