The reviews already here are old and outdated. There’s a guy who works here now who is very friendly and attentive. The dry cleaning always comes back on time and it’s very inexpensive. I’ve never sent my laundry here so perhaps you’d like to try it in person first.

If you would like to get your laundry back, shrunken and riddled with holes, then by all means give this laundromat your money.
Otherwise, DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS HORRIBLE, and they have destroyed some of my clothing.

Service inadequate, lack of information given. Woman behind the counter acts like she would rather be getting her teeth drilled, can’t blame her, dismal little place. Clothes are sent somewhere else to be serviced, and therein lies the problem. Got back someone else’s article of clothing with mine, plus overpriced. If dropping off laundry in the afternoon, be prepared to pick it up around 6PM the next day, They do not explain this unless asked. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, plenty of options.

Sent two shirts and 4 hats to be dry cleaned. One shirt I asked to have an ink stain removed. Women working at the counter said stain would be removed. Second shirt wanted tailored. She took the measurements and said no problem.
I come back to pick up my clothes a few days later and she tells me that my shirt cannot be tailored. (Why would you originally say yes if you could not do it?) Second shirt came back with ink stain. (Why would you originally say you could remove it if you could not)
One hat missing. Women tells me its somewhere in the factory and will call her boss about its whereabouts. I come back two days later and she gives me the same line «let me call my boss and find out where your hat is»
A day later I come back to get my hat and she has the nerve to tell me she couldn’t get a hold of her boss to find my hat.
The folks running this place are incompetent
DO NOT GO HERE!
SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO TRACK DOWN YOUR MISSING ITEMS!

Don’t go near this place. Last time, my clothes smelled so weird when
I got them back that I had to wash them again. Today I went in to pick up 3 lbs worth of laundry and got charged $ 8.00. When I complained that the minimum wasn’t posted anywhere and no one had informed me I would be charged so much, the guy behind the counter shrugged and said «sorry.» Yeah, I’m sorry too. Sorry that I’m going to make sure no one I know ever patronizes this business again.

Terrible service. They have either mixed up my clothes with someone’s elses or forgotten an item almost every single time. Socks are always missing. Other people’s underwear is with mine. The service is terrible when you call to ask them if they can return your clothes. I have still yet to get any of it back. DO NOT SEND YOUR LAUNDRY HERE!
