This place is fantastic. Honest, reliable, great value, professional — it’s the best place I’ve been to in Brooklyn.

So… someone had sideswiped my car while I was parked and I came here (auto dent) to get an estimate. they not only gave me an estimate but really took the time to listen to me and relived a lot of my concerns about how to work with insurance etc… It’s a family Business and they treat everybody with a feeling like you’re part of the family. Paul is extremely knowledgeable about anything to do with insurance and car accidents among other things and his wife is great at working with the insurance and the whole family is great at making one feel at ease by doing everything they can to fix your car and doing so quickly so you could get back on the road in your own wheels very soon. needless to say I was so impressed they became my #1 auto body shop. I also recommended my father to them who had 2 accidents on his CRV and they did an amazing job as always fixing his car and dealing with insurance.

Friendly staff, relatively quick turnaround time. Did a good job on the few dents I had in place. All in all, highly recommended.

I took my brand new car here after someone scraped up the bumper 4 days after we bought it. The guys got it out in minutes and touched up the paint for me. Phenomenal job and they were so nice!

I took my car to be photographed to this place for insurance purposes.
Once there, Mary, the wife of the owner, noticed I had a small dent on the side of my car. Her husband, Paul, looked it over, and both worked together to contact my insurance company about it and gave me a very reasonable price to get it fixed.
They are very courteous and nice people, and reasonable in their prices to repair your auto body. Make this the place to go to when you need to get your auto body fixed up.

This place is now officially THE go-​to place for my car– can’t say enough wonderful things about this family business. Incredibly warm, friendly, personal customer service, they did a gorgeous job on my messed up looking car for a very fair and honest rate.
They also had my car ready a day early to my surprise, because they knew I had to cart around my 3 year old son and didn’t want me to have to wait too long to get the car back. I’m still touched by their thoughtfulness, and I’m going to sing their praises to high-​heaven to everyone I know– I’m just totally charmed and impressed.

Auto Dent is fabulous! I can’t say enough about how nice everyone is, how great their work is or how efficient they are. From your first contact when you call until you pick up your car it really is a very pleasant experience. I needed to rent a car, simple, I needed to give information to my insurance company, simple, I had questions after the work was complete, simple. They are great if you are returning a leased vehicle or if you need simple body work or extensive repairs. I would recommend them without reservation !!

It was one of the coldest Fridays this year, I had to make Photos for 2 cars for the Insurance, I went to a few places and every one of them had a different excuse why they cannot make it even fir 1 car only, (basically the reason is because it’s a free service,)
I came to Auto Dent, Paul and His Wife treated me as if I would bring them a job for $ 5000 !!!
So welcoming, and so professional, I know for sure that if I would come with 5 cars they would treat me the exact same, its they’re PERSONALITY !!!
If this is how they treat someone that comes to make some free pictures, I can imagine how they would treat someone that needs his car to be fixed.

After a very stressful ordeal that left my car severely damaged, I had a WONDERFUL experience at Auto Dent. They helped me deal with the insurance companies, were straightforward and kind, and did beautiful work on my Toyota Prius. As a young woman, I am always wary of dealing with car services, as I’ve found people will take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Not so here. Auto Dent is family owned and I always spoke to the same people when I called. They were so honest with me and never condescending. Can’t recommend highly enough!

My Toyota matrix passenger side doors were smashed. Took it to auto dent and now it’s perfect. Really honest, great work and reasonable pricing. These guys are great.

Auto Dent is one of the great businesses in the neighborhood. I had some minor scratches on our car and the owner JR refused to take any money for it. He just had his guys buff it out like new. What great service! I was out of there in no time.
They have earned a life time of business from me. I can’t recommend them enough!

Paul did a free inspection for me when no one else in the area wanted to. It took no more than 10 minutes, and he was so sweet, professional and polite. Hopefully I will never have to need their services, but if I ever did get into an accident, I would go to him first. Highly recommend!

Auto Dent is wonderful! I have a 2013 Buick Verano. After having the car only three months, I got into an accident, and the whole right side was smashed in and all the airbags deployed. I wanted to cry! My brand new baby!
I took it to Auto Dent because my husband had had his car fixed there and they did great work. They were absolutely WONDERFUL! It’s a family-​owned business, owned by a very nice couple and their grown son, and all of them were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They even called my insurance company from their office and got the process started before turning the phone over to me. Most importantly, they did an absolutely AMAZING job on the car — it looks totally brand-​new! You’d never know it was in an accident.
