36th St Collision

Brought the car in on Wednesday. Al gave me a fair estimate on the spot, and said it would be done on Monday. It was repaired, detailed AND delivered on Sunday morning. They’re very courteous as well. Go here first.

I was first referred to Al at 36^th st collision by the only AAA certified auto repair shop in Brooklyn, where I had taken my car to be inspected. They said it could not pass inspection with the dented fender and cracked headlight cover.
I was terrified it would cost a fortune and it must have shown on my face. Al charged me a very reasonable price, did the work that day, had my car inspected by the repair shop next door. When I asked where the nearest bus stop after leaving my car Al told me I shouldn’t walk to the bus and paid for my car service home. He finished the same day as promised and had the car delivered, actually driven to my apartment, when it was done. The repair looked great and the repainting was perfect.
My car just got dinged while it was parked and the door doesn’t open all the way so it was straight back to Al, who gave me a reasonable price and offered to do some touch up painting on a rust spot for free. He pormised it would be done at 3 and it was, and he had actually repainted my entire front bumper — for free — as well as the small spot. Amazing!
