Business Owner

Dr. Roya Zandparsa is a Professor at the Department of Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Roya Zandparsa received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and MSc in Biomaterials & Biomimetics and Certificate in Prosthodontics from New York University (NYU) Graduate School of Arts and Science and NYU College of Dentistry respectively. She completed a fellowship in Implant Dentistry from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine and several other advanced implant surgical courses.

Dr. Zandparsa has received numerous awards during her academic career for being an outstanding scholar & clinician from NYU College of Dentistry, and Deans’ Awards for Excellence in clinical teaching from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr Roya Zandparsa has been making major contribution in research in various areas, which resulted in numerous published articles and book chapters and has been presenting nationally.

Being her dental patient for the past 4 years, I have to say Dr. Roya is a fabulous individual. She is always updating and tweaking her procedures, so that we always get the most-​up-​to-​date care. She has quite the personality that my dental appointments are never dull. Not to mention that she is a professor at one of the academias in Boston, and is always dropping knowledge on «Why» certain cleaning techniques will help maintain my teeth for the long-​road. She is an honest dentist and very grateful to have her as my dental care provider.

Dr. Zandparsa is the best, and my favorite, health care provider. I have been her patient for 5 years; I followed her to her new practice, and even continue to see her after moving out-​of-​state.
I genuinely look forward to my dental appointments! Dr. Zandparsa and her staff (Sabina, Maria, and Nicole) seem like extended family members to me whenever I visit. They are candid, empathetic, thorough, attentive, and personable. They always have my best interests at heart.
I can comfortably discuss treatments/​future options and financial logistics. I never feel as though I am just a paying customer. Dr. Zandparsa is cognizant of my grad student status, and skillfully works her «magic» to decrease the cost of procedures. She stands by her work and its integrity.
Dr. Zandparsa is undoubtedly one of the best in her field; she is gracious and does not flaunt her endless accolades or clinical achievements. I know how talented she is by her work, it speaks for itself. Her bedside manner is remarkable– she is always making me laugh and even remembers small details about my life between visits.
I will always remain a patient of Dr. Zandparsa. I cannot fathom finding another dentist who could care for me as she has.

I followed Dr. Roya to her new location because she is quite simply the best dentist I have ever had. She is extremely friendly, professional, ethical, and qualified. The first time I saw her I had a tooth that basically crumbled and she thought it likely would need a root canal, but said she would try to do a huge filling first and see if that worked. It ended up working perfectly and saved me a ton of money and pain. I tell all my friends and family to go to Dr. Roya because she really is that good. Check out her qualifications on her website… the list goes on forever. Her friendliness and bedside manner is, at least, equally impressive.
Also! Her hours are flexible and I often get appointments early am or evening around 6:00!

I had the pleasure to sit in Dr. Roya Zandparsa’s chair. I know everyone fears going to the Dentist and I did too. She made me feel very comfortable and so did her assistant. She did not do the one thing that I absolutely hate, and that is make me feel guilty about my flossing (or lack of). I will recommend her to anyone and everyone whenever I hear anything about teeth or dentistry. I also did not feel rushed at all. Also, she is a kind and sincere person. She always remembers me and what we talked about during the last visit. I’m always welcomed with a big hug.

Dr. Roya Zandparsa is a wonderful dentist and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I trust her very much and always know I’m in good hands with Dr. Zandparsa. Her new office is very clean and professional and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. I love that she is always on time. I’m a busy, working professional and mom so waiting around for a dentist would be difficult for me. I’ll definitely stay with Dr. Roya even though I have moved a bit farther from her office because it’s important to stay with the doctors you trust.

Dr. Zandparsa is a dream of a dentist. Her warm manner and caring concern for her patients is unparalleled in any dentist I’ve had in my life, and I’m not a spring chicken. Walking into her office sets me at ease immediately, and the rest of the visit is the same. She doesn’t try to sell me a menu of treatments I don’t need, leaving me to walk out of the office «fully loaded» — with an empty wallet! Royal Dental is our dental office for life!
