I went to Mona with spasms in my lower back and she treated me with Kathivasthi, a hot oil treatment, followed by a massage and heat steam. It was great! The next day my back pain was almost entirely gone, and I felt much more relaxed.
On top of this, Mona herself was very kind and caring, and clearly is very passionate about what she does. I would definitely recommend her!

Massage is one thing. Ayurveda is another. Put them together and you get Eternal Healing Arts. The massage is aimed at what you need for your body type. Mona gives a long, full-​body massage with fragrant warm oils. (I get the impression that these change based on the body type of the client.)
After the massage I was GROUNDED. (in a soulful way, not like I was being punished by my mother!) I felt about three inches taller. The next day, I was still grounded, content and strong.
If you spend your time in your head and want to live another way, give this a try. Mona is a rock-​solid practitioner and a good soul.
