I was a new patient to the office, and I cannot say enough fabulous things about my experience there. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and treated as though I was the only person there. The attention to detail with regards to the appearance if the office was impeccable (including some exquisite art work in various media which was very pleasing to the eye). The state-​of-​the-​art equipment was quite impressive and the staff was very accommodating, knowledgeable, welcoming, and extremely hard working. This really was an experience, to say the least. The Doctor himself, Dr. Darrel Moss, made me feel comfortable; not with only his extensive knowledge of Dentistry, his calming demeanor, and his pragmatism; but the fact that he took the time to listen astutely to my dental issue made me feel as though he truly cared about me, not just the tooth that was driving me bonkers (lol). He explained my options one by one; hand sketched a diagram for visualization, and showed me actual dental appliances that related to my issue. I will be back to this office without a doubt, and I hope anyone reading this will follow suit and make an appointment, because it is an amazing practice with wonderful healthcare providers, knowledgeable office administrators, a comforting feel, and a very interesting décor, unlike any other dental office I have been to. Great place, 5 stars!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Moss for almost 15 years. I am still continuously impressed by the relaxed atmosphere of the office, without the sacrifice of professionalism or productivity. Dr. Moss is a skilled dentist and a caring person. He is understanding of my concerns, and actually listens to what I have to say. He welcomes questions and is willing to explain everything so I understand and feel comfortable. I haven’t looked for another dentist in 15 years because I don’t think I could find anyone better.

I just want to write about this amazing business. From walking in to walking out, you are always welcoming, appreciative and caring. All the stuff is very professional, Nice, Helpful and they make you very comfortable with ease. No matter what kind of problem you have, they will make you their priority and you will feel that you are their only client. Needless to say, Dr. Moss is an amazing dentist and really takes his time to talk to you and explain all necessary steps that you would need in order to achieve ultimate goal. You never feel rushed and I love this office. If you are looking for a dentist. then you should definitely go to Dr. Darel Moss’Office and experience everything that one dental office should be about.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moss for a few years after listening to great reviews from a friend. I needed some work and had been quoted outrageous amounts of money after my insurance by two other dentists. I spoke for over an hour with Dr. Moss after my examination and discussed several ways to handle my treatment. We settled on a comfortable and affordable course over three years to bring my mouth back into reasonable shape. He was the height of professionalism at all times and above all was compassionate… and listened to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know needing dental care. He really is great, and the rest of the office staff are knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with.

I went to Dr. Moss to get a second opinion about whether I needed a night guard. He told me that it was not warranted in my case, that the wear of my teeth was normal and consistent with my age. I trusted his judgement. Yes, honest medical professionals actually exist, but they’re not always easy to find.

Dr. Darel Moss is a remarkable dentist. Our family has been seeing him for over 17 years. We’ve seen other dentists come and go, we’ve seen many low-​priced fly-​by-​night dental clinics open (and close), but Dr. Moss and his staff have been a steady presence for our family, a family which includes a physician, a psychologist, two teenagers and a pre-​adolescent child.
In other words, we have presented Dr. Moss with just about every family dilemma possible, and he and his excellent staff have responded to our needs and crises with incredible patience, talent, and skill. The office is a friendly, informal place, but the work is serious and the quality is unsurpassed. The hygienists are excellent too– in fact all the staff is friendly and talented.
We could go on– but the bottom line is that you will not find a better dental office to care for yours or your family’s dental needs, whether mundane or complex. This is dentistry the way it should be practiced, for sure.
