There’s nothing more terrifying to a parent than the prospect of bringing a three year-​old to his first dentist appointment. Though we heard such great things about The Center for Pediatric Dental Care and Orthodontics, it was hard to believe that it would end in anything but tears and heartbreak. Boy, were we glad we went.
What Dr. Krause did was nothing short of miraculous. My 3 year old hates teeth brushing and to see him follow every single direction that the dentist gave was remarkable. We have the picture of him and Dr. Krausz on our shelf. He still talks about Dr. Krausz and how funny he is.
The best thing of all, it’s actually made teeth brushing and mouthwash a fun routine for him every day. He looks forward to it now. As a parent, I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to Dr. Krause and all the staff for making this a most pleasant experience!

The office staff were terrific. The waiting room was «genius» with the iPad and the stool for my little one. The dental assistant was so sweet. Dr. Krausz could not have tried harder to get Jax to like him and trust him so much so he kept his mouth open for him the whole time !!! I would definitely come back.”

Amazing customer service from the moment we stepped in the door (on the wrong floor). We were kindly guided to the correct floor. Every staff member engaged both my child and I as if we were a guest in their home. This helped my child continue her positive experiences with the dentist’s office and she raves about her experience and has been flossing (HERSELF!!!) since her visit. Thank you all for being outstanding. I can’t imagine having a better experience. Truly outstanding. Thank you!

Every single interaction I have had with this office and these staff has absolutely blown me away. From the time we scheduled our appointment to my conversations with the insurance and billing folks to our actual visit today, everyone has been not only professional but above-​and-​beyond friendly.
Today’s visit sealed the deal. I took my 2-​year-​old twins for their check-​up and COULD NOT BELIEVE how good these guys are with kids! Dr. Weiss used a number of techniques to make my kids feel comfortable in the office and have a great time. He was SO good with my toddlers. What I expected to be a frightening, tantrum-​inducing dental exam was actually the most fun my kids have had all week!
At the end of the visit Dr. Weiss discussed their dental health with me in detail, proving that keeping my children comfortable wasn’t done at the expense of a careful examination.
Their waiting room has so many fun toys and games, the desk staff are beyond amazing… I could go on and on. This WILL be our dental office for years to come.
I realize I’m gushing, but seriously. So. Gush-​worthy.

Simply an extraordinary experience! The way the front desk staff greeted us put our 2 ½ yo daughter at ease. What can I say about Dr. Weiss? He had our daughter not only involved but laughing and eager to participate in her exam. Amazing! As an added benefit tooth brushing time at home is now easier.

I took my son here for a few years, and while his experiences there were always positive, mine were not. First of all, it took me about a month to make his first appointment because every time I called, they were either on their lunch break – all of them – or on vacation. I agree with a previous poster that their front office staff leaves a lot to be desired. After I finally got him in, things went okay for the next few check-​ups. The dental staff made him very comfortable and he enjoyed his visits.
After the first check up with the founder of the practice, we were switched to one of the younger dentists, and this is where things started to go wrong. At one check up, the doctor said my son had two soft spots that we should watch. Six months later, at his next check up, I was told that both teeth were severely decayed and that they would need the children’s equivalent of a root canal and caps put on. Oh, and that EACH procedure would cost us about $ 1000 out of pocket. WHAT??? I was blown away. I questioned the doctor about how «soft spots that we should keep an eye on» became horrendous cavities from one check up to the next. Incredibly, he had no answer. The only conclusion that can be logically drawn here is that he is either incompetent or that he purposely let the cavities get so bad that he would have to do this expensive procedure. I am convinced it is the latter.
The last straw was when they demanded that we pay in full after the first tooth was done before they would make an appointment for the second one. We were in financial distress at the time and simply could not come up with the money, which I explained several times to their financial person, at one point crying on the phone because the situation felt so hopeless. My son was in pain and asking every day when he could get the second tooth done. For a kid to be in enough pain to WANT to go to the dentist to get his tooth fixed, and his parents not being able to help him, I was beside myself. I told the girl that day that we would not be back. These people are heartless.

This dentist does a decent job, but his billing office is impossible to deal with. After two years of no problems with our insurance, there was mix-​up in getting reimbursed by our insurance company, and so Dr. Arnold Weiss’ office declared that they would no longer accept our insurance and we had to pay cash for every visit.
