THE WORST BRUNCH I’VE EVER BEEN TOO! My friend had a brunch here with over 30+ people (reservations were made) yet they were not staffed properly. They only had 2 waitresses (1 was the manager/​owner). People were waiting more than an hour to receive their food! We decided to add the $ 12 unlimited drinks and I only received ONE mimosa! The bartender could not keep up with the service either. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the peach sangria which tasted like juice. Our waitress was nice but clearly was too overwhelmed with everyone’s request. I didn’t even receive my desert yet was charged for the full brunch price. The glasses were dirty and I had to literally go to the bar to ask for a clean one. I ordered the steak and eggs, which was decent, but never received the steak knife I asked for. The macaroni bites were good (the only plus). This place clearly needs to work on its service and staff appropriately in order to cater to its guest. I will would NOT recommend this location for large parties. You certainly get what you pay for ($ 16 brunch = 1 app, 1 entrée & 1 desert). And to top it off a lady walked in trying to sell bootlegs! So over this place.

So they had a naughty or nice event where I attended the show was suppose to start at 8pm it started much later, we decided as we wait let’s order some food boy do I regret that I order guacamole and they gave me refrigerator guacamole look and tasted so bad… now to talk about the bartender she had the only nasty attitude and the drink was pure juice… don’t go there save yourself a bad time service and food… I never write a review but this time i really had to It couldn’t gone without saying anything.

Ordered 3 items from the menu on a Friday night 8ish on GrubHub. It came within its estimated time of 1 Hr but once I received the delivery I had big issues with it. For starters the fettuccine Alfredo came in a cheap generic foil and plastic which obviously exploded when stuffed into a paper bag with 2 other meals. The plastic from the cover was INSIDE the Alfredo along with pieces of paper from the paper bag it was in. The sauce was all over the bag and also preceded to crush the other plastics of the other dinners I ordered essentially putting shards into each of the meals. Not as drastic as the Alfredo thankfully but having to dissect your dinner for pieces of plastic is not something anyone should have to do. On top of that the chicharron de pollo which should come with a rice, beans, and a side salad came with just rice. So out of 3 dinners 1 is completely ruined the other is missing half the additions to it and 1 is shockingly unscathed. After calling they were willing to compensate us with another meal for the ruined fettuccine Alfredo but after waiting an hour and being underwhelmed by the dry rice and dicey chicken I chose to cut my losses and accept that tonight’s dinner would be chalked up to trying something different and having it utterly disappoint. Stick with what you know.

Went for dinner and drinks with a friend. I really enjoyed the ambiance. It was karaōke night so we were entertained by other patrons. It was ok. The appetizers and drinks were well. I also enjoyed the DJ music. Overall good spot.

I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years and I honestly must say my last visit was THE WORST. Prices and rules seem to change depending on the promoters and the customers. The performances were horrible. The drinks were watered down. Just plain bad business.

This small restaurant is not the most attractive… pink/​purple on the outside, and has a strange layout. However, they are really trying to please their customers. Service was pretty good! It was not the fastest, but they came around a few times to give my table a quick status. I requested eggs with my brunch entrée and they were so kind enough to add it, free of charge. We were also offered free shots of Ciroc and pineapple by whom appeared to be the owner or manager. He and the waitress were both very friendly.
Brunch items were pretty good and unlimited option came with your choice of sangria or mimosa. FYI, the sangria was slammin!
I will definitely recommend.

The bartender brenda was great, she had a great attitude, very attentive, and the drinks were on point!!! Happy hour from 4 to 8 p.m. Check them out!!‘food specials too!

Came here on a whim with my girlfriend today (PR Day Weekend) because a promoter friend of hers told us to check it out. Hubby and I came here a LONG time ago for a comedy show when it was Mi Gente, and incidentally, they were having one later in the evening.
We stopped by during happy hour and it was pretty empty because of the day but we were greeted amicably by Millie, who was tending bar and she promptly explained the specials. We ordered some happy hour Appletinis that were tasty as hell and about six apps: Fried Mac & Cheese, Cheese Empanadas, Fish Tacos, Guacamole & Chips, Calimari and some Avocado Rolls that Millie suggested. They were as good as she said. I will note that if you don’t eat pork (as I don’t), make sure to request the porkless fried mac & cheese because it’s not noted on the happy hour menu that they include bacon but I happened to take a peek at the regular menu and saw the confounded ingredient… lol Despite my ordering the porky mac & cheese, the owner graciously switched it out for me with no issue.
The owner stopped by our seats and offered us two of their most popular drinks, The «Q» and the «Passion Delight», both of which were very good and both of which are made with Brutal Crystal. He also mentioned a comedy show to take place later in the evening so, as promised, we returned with my hubby and hung for a few to catch the show and have a cpl more drinks.
The comedians were ok… not great but it’s good that they’re giving little known acts a chance to make a name for themselves. All in all, the food and drink were good and the energy was there. We had a nice time at this neighborhood spot. I would definitely make another trip.

I remember this place when it was just a lounge. This transformation has been such a beautiful improvement. The decorative touches and the ambiance make it a very nice lunch or dinner spot. So I went to check out the Unilocal special being offered at that time. (About two weeks ago) Dinner, appetizers, and drinks were great. The food was above my expectations, the drinks were perfect and the service was excellent (although it was not at a peak time). At that time they were running a Unilocal promotion which was half off the bill. They also have a great happy hour selection with awesome Sangria. Is now one of my favorite spots for lunch, dinner or just drinks.

This place is great! The service was excellent and our waitress was so pleasant and attentive!
The food was very tasty and I loved the crunchy avocado spring rolls! Also enjoyed the peach sangria and their special cue cocktail. The lunch special and happy hour prices are great!
I’ll be back soon to try some of the other dishes they serve and I’m bringing some friends!

I enjoyed my experience at EVO. The atmosphere, good music and great food made my night out one to remember.

I came here maybe 2 – 3 weeks after it reopened and I’m so impressed with the differences that have been made! I felt like I was in an upscale lounge in the city rather than in the Bronx.
