History
Established in 2013.
In 2013, renovations of the DoubleTree Bristol, CT were completed. Included in those renovations were the creation of The Willows restaurant. Immediately The Willows and Chef Leo Bushey III were greeted with rave reviews. From its contemporary atmosphere to farm to fork dining, The Willows is a great place for the perfect night out.
