I’d rate them a 3.5.
Pros
–When you call, you speak to a real person right away
–Appointments are readily available within a week
Cons
–Not surprising since it’s part of a hospital, the waits are LONG
–Along those same lines, the appointments do feel snappy and I’m just one thing on a very long checklist that needs to be done for the day (which I probably am).
With that being said, I did enjoy Dr. Zahner. He’s knowledgeable and efficient. Within 5 minutes, we came up with a game plan for my next steps. However, it did feel very routine, as if he’s said the same thing 100 times before (which again, I’m sure it is and I’m sure he has). For me, I see that as experience and competency, which I prize over having a more personal demeanor. Just get it done!
