Stephanie was the selling agent on a house that my husband and I wanted to make an offer on. I found the house online and called her. She told me that they had offers on the table, so if I was going to go look at the house, it had to be within the next couple days.
After deciding to make an offer, Stephanie was so great and helpful through the whole process. The lender we had pre-​approval with ultimately got denied in underwriting. She gave me her mortgage guy’s name (Pete Mingham Guild Mortgage!!!) and said if it could be done, he would do it.
Stephanie did everything in her power to make sure her client was happy but also the we were happy too. Long story short, we now live in that dream home that we made the offer on.
